If I could give this team 10 stars I would. Very professional from the moment their tires touched our driveway. They arrived promptly at 8am and got busy setting up the crane and getting the wood chipper ready. They went straight to work and were very serious (sorry) about what they were doing. I havent seen a team work this well in quite a long time, they were completely in sync with what each person needed to do. The crane operator (owner) handled the 2 pine trees and the tight space they had to work with like a pro. The driver of the back hoe was very good at what he was doing, the person up in the trees never missed a beat and the guys at the wood chipper handled the mess very quickly and with chain saws, shovels and rakes. You can always tell a team of people that have worked together for a while because this team was working as one. I couldnt have asked for a better team of people to remove these trees. When they left my house the only way you would know they were there was by my yard from the back hoe (I expected more damage to my yard then they did) they blew and removed the debris from my yard, my driveway, the street and left it clean. If you are in the market to have some trees removed give Serious Tree Service a call, they will treat you right. read more

After double checking with a number of contractors, I hired Serious Tree Services to cut a few conifers trees in Sept 2024 , these were average to small trunk size wise but very tall. They did such a wonderful and professional job; they arrived exactly on time with a large crew and all required equipment. they finished the job in less than four hours. The owner/manager was very prompt on phone/text communication from the time I contacted him asking for a quote till job was done. They cleaned all branches and debris very well. For such a well done job, their quote was very fair. I recommend them for any kind of tree services. read more

This is the best company I have ever dealt with. Both our jobs have been due to diseases/damaged trees that were a danger to our kids, dogs and property. I may not have been happy that I needed service but I am so happy to have these guys to call. Over the years we have used 6 or 7 tree companies with various outcomes but this is the first I would ever call back. This group is professional, skilled and great at communicating with both the customer and each other. I have watched them work together taking out trees in the worst spots without touching any surrounding structures. I highly recommend this fantastic company. read more

As a first time homeowner stressed about damage from a natural disaster, we were counting on receiving top tier assistance from all parties involved in our repair process. Due to the negligence of any company we were expecting to help us with tree removals off of our home, we were forced to quickly find another reliable source. Serious Tree Service came highly recommended by a trusted source and they were quick to respond, extremely professional, customer focused and operated in a timely manner. William and his team helped to relieve a great deal of worry and stress by coming to our rescue. I would HIGHLY recommend! read more

BLUF: Amazing work; fabulous price I wanted to take down 6 trees, but NEEDED to take down 2 giant oaks in my front yard. When I got the quote to remove all 6 my jaw dropped... that was what I was expecting to pay for just the 2 big ones based on some other quotes I'd received. So much so I was a bit apprehensive. Then they showed up when we'd agreed with all their equipment (including a giant crane for the 2 monsters in my front yard). Shortly after lunch they were done ... trees gone, stumps ground away... I couldn't be more pleased. If you need some trees removed, call Serious Tree Services!! read more

We had a fantastic experience with Serious Tree Services! Byron came to our home and quickly assessed our needs and offered us fair pricing. They were at our home within 2 days (only waited due to rain), and they had the job complete within 90 minutes. We had a few trees removed as well as trimming of other trees, and grinding a tree stump. They were very professional and made sure we were satisfied with the job above all else. They cleaned and thoroughly removed all debris after completion. We will use their services from now on! read more

Amazing! We were referred to them by a family friend and they definitely did not disappoint. The owner is so kind and has an amazing story. He comes to visit all the houses and supervises his workers. Everyone was very professional and kind. They got the job done very quickly and with no disturbance. They cut down 3 massive trees and ground them down to mulch and spread it for us. Now we can see the yard and we don't have to worry about branches falling in a storm. I'll gladly call them for any work in the future read more

Serious Tree Services came out today and took two large pine trees down one about 38 in diameter the other 36. They carefully and skillfully dropped the branches and trees. One tree was 6 feet away from my wife's large center yard garden and not a single plant was touched. It was a given there would be some damage but there was none. No yard damage at all and they actually left it in better condition than when the came with their thorough clean up. I highly recommend Serious Tree Services. John M. read more

OMG! they are fantastic. They showed up on time and did what they promised. Imagine that! They removed Nine trees that were about 5 stories tall all in one day with their crane. John and his team are great and they were one of the better priced companies. There was a cheaper company that did not carry Workmans Com. John has everything to protect his employees and the customer. I can't say anything bad about them. They even blew and raked the area when they were done. read more

John is just about the nicest, most personable person you could do business with. When a tree fell on my house, he and his crew were quick, professional, and accommodating - it began to rain while they were removing the tree, and he drove to Home Depot to get a tarp to have his crew install to tide us over until the appraiser arrived after the weekend. The pricing was more than fair - I'll only use Serious Tree Services for my tree removal needs in the future. read more

This is a horrible unethical company. They did work for my neighbor and just pushed all of the trash onto my property. I had a fence line up to mark the property line and my husband went by to make sure the crew understood where the line was. They then knocked down my fence line and put their trash on my property. read more
