Within 10 minutes I received a call back from Dale, the owner. He directed me to a local contact Adam as they divide the ATL market into smaller areas for better service. Adam and I spoke briefly about 10 minutes later and he asked if he could come by the house that afternoon to take a look at the work I needed. He showed up on time and provided the quote within minutes. My needs were not urgent so we agreed they would work my project into their schedule in the next few days. The next day I received a text from Adam confirming they would come the next. They arrived the next day on time and made quick work of my project. They were in and out within an hour and took great measures to protect the surrounding landscape (bushes, landscape lighting, pavers, etc.). Not only were they efficient, they cleaned the areas so well it was difficult to tell they had been there at all. Oh, and they also took care of some limbs I had pruned a few days earlier at no charge. Adam was very professional and courteous and reminded me what great customer service looks like. Not only that, but he's super knowledgeable about the local trees, bushes, and how to care for them. I've hired several companies in the past 15 years to do this type of work.
