Cesar, the arborist that came to do the inspection and estimate for this work tried to do the pruning in a way that did no harm to any of the trees involved. One neighbor needed to have a 'weight reduction' on two trees as they were tall and swayed quite a bit in high winds. This service took about 15% off upper limbs, which also reduced the strain on the root system. There is a definite reduction of fear that these trees might come down in a bad storm. The other neighbor needed one 'dead' tree removed, and another live tree removed as it was leaning over a neighbor's property. The crew that did all of this work was there on time (actually early), Each worker was aware of the scope of work to be done. They were very efficient as each worker had an assigned task. The climbers used all of the safety equipment I could have imagined being necessary. Cleanup was very thorough, and left the properties in the same or better condition than when the job was started. Please note that Atlanta Arbor is covered with both liability as well as workers comp insurance coverage. I will certainly use them again as the need arises.

I contacted Jimmy to have trees cut away from our 2-story house. the first person he sent just left w/o doing the work, or telling me that he was leaving. That should have been my first clue!!! He called one other time and said someone was coming and they didn't show up. I texted and asked him if he was going to be able to do the work. He said yes that he was going to have 2 of his guys take care of it. I asked him when were they coming? At the time I didn't know that he and two other guys were IN MY BACK YARD, after dark, hacking away at trees without coming to my door and letting me know they were doing the work!!! They DID AN AWFUL JOB, and never addressed the real issue which was to cut trees away from the house. They just left the debris from the tree hacking right there in the yard!! We paid them part of the agreed upon payment, with the promise that they would return the next day and properly finish the job. He called with some mombo jumbo, then never came back, and has not responded to calls or text. They showed up without the proper equipment to handle the job, AND their truck broke down in the front of our house, my husband helped them, and gave them a jump to get their raggedy car going. We made a partial payment in good faith believing that he was a man of his word, he is not!!! Shame on us for being so trusting, never again.
