Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. After taking a deposit upfront, King gave me multiple dates for when the work would begin--and each time, he was a no-show. No courtesy calls, no updates, just empty promises. Eventually, he completely disappeared. No responses to texts, calls, or messages--just full-on ghosted me. It's clear now that he had no intention of doing the work after taking the deposit. This is unprofessional, unethical, and borderline fraudulent. I strongly caution anyone considering working with him or his company. Do not trust King Ellis. He took my money and vanished. I have since reported him on Thumbtack and recommend others do the same to prevent this from happening to anyone else.
