    Natures supply centre is my go to center when I need a large amount of soil, mulch, stone etc. i have been buying from this company for many years. The people t work here are very accommodating. I was lucky enough today to get my order delivered almost immediately ( because they had a cancellation) My gain! They delivered the soil to exactly where I needed it. Now it is time for me to get to work Thank you for being so pleasant to work with.

    I wish I could have said we had a better experience but as first time customers doing our first big outdoor project we feel like they could have done so much better. We visited this location twice. Once to just see inventory and ask a few preliminary questions and get a rental idea for pricing. on this first visit no one came out to greet us no one sad anything to us, which was fine because we were truly just there to see what they had available. When we did go in, the two people we spoke with couldn't really answer any of our questions in any certain terms which was a bit off-putting. Then again a few weeks later when we were moving forward and decided to go wot this com-any over others as they were similar pricing but the delivery was cheeper due to proximity to our homes location. We spoke with a Colt who was knowledgeable, personable and professional we placed out order and they were able to deliver same day which was a big perk. At this point I was thinking it would be a great experience moving forward but boy did that not happen... Our biggest complaints that the guy they had deliver our order clearly should not be. He either doesn't understand how to use the equipment or needs a refresher. We had two separate deliveries on the same day. Both times he screwed up. The first delivery he dumped a huge pile of rock in the street way out in front of our home. Waisting our money and time. He also proceeded to ask us if we could "take care of it" so he didn't have to. LOL you must be kidding. Absolutely not. He made the mess he needed to clean it up and the finish the delivery. He did so but not until later and after asking us to do it twice (more below) because evidently their trust has no emergency or parking break)...only after we told him exactly what to do because he literally said "well I'm not quite sure how to get it back up" he also asked my husband to get in the truck and hold the breaks and "bounce" the product out of the truck. My husband, who has never operated a dump truck and should not be doing so. It did not look or feel safe. Not to mention had something happened in our very steep driveway where is the liability? He needed to have two people delivering clearly but there was only one. When he returned with the second delivery he did have a second person but again asked my husband to help operate the truck rather than his partner. Though out this delivery the second person litterly stood around and watched but said nothing and did nothing. He then proceeded to miss the tarp by more than 50%. Which harmed our grass further than it needed to. This also meant that there was far more yard debris (leaves, sticks, foliage, etc) in our top rock than there should have been. This is just not professional. He then, once again asked us to clean up his mess that he made int h street in front of our home and neighbors homes and when we said no he took care of it but again my husband suggested the method that he used because he wasn't sure how to do it. Truly wild. My last complaint is that we were very clear on how much we needed and knew what it should have cost. We were charged more than what we discussed. While we did receive more than what we discussed, it's still wild to dump a bunch of product at someone home that they didn't order and don't have use for and just charge them for it. The item in question is charged by weight so sending more is just a way to add more many to the fee. We now have 5 extra boulders (we said clearly that we would need between 14-16 and they delivered 19) that we did not order or need and have to figure out something to do with because it's not like we can return them. Thank God my husband can lift them without an equipment rental. We will need to get more top rocks to add after some setting but we will be going elsewhere.

    Amazing rock shop! I was able to call and get a repeat order from last year delivered the next day. Driver dropped the load exactly where I wanted it on a tarp laid in my driveway. This couldn't have been easier.

    Very friendly & much better prices on bulk mulch compared to buying bags at Home Depot or Walmart! They even deliver if needed!

    Quick service, quality product (bulk planting soil), and courteous delivery. The prices and delivery fee were also very reasonable.

As soon as he left, we returned the toilet. They did not have the size we needed, so we asked for a refund. It took a while, but they issued me a receipt stating that it was going back to my American Express. However, the receipt was only for the toilet and not for the installation. When I inquired refund about the installation refund, I was told (by Federika) that it is automatically refunded. When the refund did not appear on my card, I called the store over and over again all afternoon. After AI said it would connect me with someone, the phone only ring and ring. I tried 20 times and each time it rang at least 20 times. Never an answer. I called Lowes Marietta and someone answered right away. They said everyone complains that they do not answer the phone there. They tried to help me by giving them the name/number of the district manager. His voicemail message box had not been set up, so I could not even leave a message. I called Marietta again and they gave me a different number to someone named Tally. I left messages a few times with no call back. The next morning I tried calling again and had the same results. No one answered at the store. I had to finally drive there. They went and got somebody named Jacob who told me he was one of the managers. He looked at my receipt and said it's already been credited to your account, contact them. Then told me that they never refund for installation. I said it was an installation that never happened because it was the wrong toilet. Told him of my experience of no one answering the phone and he just stared at me rudely. I also watched him refuse to replace another customers dead plant. Not a huge plant, a small plant. He was also was rude to her telling her she never bought it there, even though she was trying to explain that it was on her Lowe's card. She was also a senior citizen like me. On my way home, I contacted Lowe's corporate office, who initially told me that they do not refund installations. I said, "but the installation never occurred and the plumber they sent said they would refund". I added that if they do not refund installations that do not occur, why is it such a secret? She was very kind and helpful. Ultimately she checked into my refund for the toilet and connected me with Angi for refund of the non-installment. All of this took me almost 24 hours to resolve, including a trip back to the store. There are a lot of similar stories on here about this store. You are warned. They obviously know about the problems at this store, but do not address them.
