Save some time as well without having to drive OTP for a non-empty shelf. The only delay for us was picking from the mildly vast choices for each item. Should it be the plastic rings in one of three colors, or metal? Which of the five plunger types? We could stay for hours, but let's not get carried away. Near the register we noticed the array of fun non-hardware type items for sale. We'll have to hit that section up next time when not running to setup a college student's bathroom on the fly. Friendly speedy checkout experience--nearly surpass the Big Green Egg aroma outside the front door, almost. Total contamination. * The Quality: You want clean soil, you want the best mulch, but you get a polluted disaster. It's a rigged bag! * The Delivery: No phone call. Zero. Their knowledge and professionalism were apparent from my first meeting with them and their quote was right in the middle of the other two. They demo'd my existing floors (carpet and ceramic tile), replaced the existing subflooring with new plywood subflooring, and installed, stained and finished the hardwoods in my living room, dining room, den, foyer and front hall as well as in the upstairs hallway, all while we were living in the house. It was a challenging job, with substantial differences in floor elevations between rooms, but they expertly leveled them and made the transitions between new floors and old floors smooth so that there was no need for raised transitions at doorways that would create tripping hazards. Josh very patiently answered all my questions about hardwood species, finish options, acclimating the wood before installation, the demo and installation process, and more and clearly explained how they would address all of the issues. He and his team were great at scheduling and communicating, showed up when they said they would, and finished ahead of schedule with no suprises when it came to paying for the work. Josh stayed involved throughout the project to ensure that all my concerns were addressed. He and his team were true professionals and made customer satisfaction their top priority. They get…read moretheir wood from local tree service companies, and have a huge yard where they stack and season it. The wood you buy is fully seasoned when you buy it, as opposed to the green stuff they sell at local grocery stores. Green wood is smokey, and hard to burn, seasoned wood is dry, and easy to burn. Oak burns easy, hickory burns hotter and longer, I usually get a mix of both. They also sell cherry, apple and other fruit tree varieties as they have it, which can be great for a smoker. They also carry a good selection of wood building supplies, including old style siding.
