This thing runs on four D size batteries but will light an entire room. So, I go looking for D batteries in preparation. Not only were D batteries a scarcity but flashlights had sold out too. I take a trip to Ace. At first, they had none too. But the staff, the very kind staff, found a box of D cell batteries and then FOUND me wandering around the store to give them to me. Excellent inventory, Excellent service and it always feels good to support a local business. Ace is the Place!

He kept staring at me and my wife, To the point where we were both looking at each other like why is that man staring at us? Also, we had our two kids With us and he kept trying to interact with my children, even though he could tell we did not want to further interact with him. And if I'm honest, he was also staring at my two daughters For way too long and in a really creepy way. I didn't catch his name, but if you walk in and you walk straight back to where the seeds are, he was in that general area. He had glasses and he was old. I would suggest firing the old creepy, white men, or you're gonna continue to lose business from people who want to support Ace.

Immediately after I enter the door the cashier asked can he help me and I said yes and explained what items that I was looking for. He told me to check out 2 isles for items one was there the other was somewhere else another employee on a different isle showed me exactly what I was looking for.Good product for sensitive skin.The cashier also asked me did I have a Ace Hardware card which I didn't. At the other location I was not asked about it at all. Great customer service from the employees here. Pull up and check them out for yourself. Definitely worth the trip not a disappointment.

There have been multiple times I've come here for basic items -- things you'd expect any Home Depot to have in stock -- only to find out they're not available. Then I'll drive to another nearby Home Depot, and boom, it's sitting right there on the shelf. It's frustrating, because it makes you question how inventory is managed at this location. Now, let's talk about the rental department. I rented a lawnmower here once and the process was quick and simple -- no issues at all. So naturally, when I needed a truck about a year later, I came back expecting the same experience. Unfortunately, it was the complete opposite. The lady working the counter seemed completely uninterested in helping. Instead of walking me through options or giving me an estimate, she told me I could just walk around the counter and look at her screen myself. That's not what I call customer service -- I was hoping for a cost breakdown or even basic insight to compare with other truck rental companies. In the end, I just went elsewhere because I couldn't get the help I needed. And finally, the traffic here is awful. The store sits off a busy road with awkward entry and exit points, and there have been more than a few times I've almost been clipped by people trying to turn in or out. Between the tough access and inconsistent service, this store has some work to do to reach the level of other Home Depot locations nearby, but the reality is it is convenient for met, so nothing listed here is going to prevent me from coming back again here in the future.

After ordering online and believing everything was accurate, I received a call from the store to confirm my order. After going over the item and specifically telling the associate which item I wanted, the installer showed up with the wrong item. When he called the day of the delivery, I asked if he would insure the correct item was being delivered. When he arrived, it was the wrong item. I tried calling my local store to which I was frustrated with the telephone tree!! When I was finally connected to a human being, explained the error, Lauryn said she would check and get back to me. That did not happen until the following day at which time I had called the corporate office and given up and accepted the wrong delivered item. When Kay returned my call from the local store to follow up we discussed what had happened. She agreed to give me a 10% mark down. This issue is very last time I will use Lowe's for my home improvements. Two debacles with large dollar value projects is two too much!! Also, I will certainly advise family and friends to be very cautious using this Lowe's store.

Understandable, but not what I wanted to hear. I called Chamblee Ace, and they said "Sure, you just pay for the cut." There were 14 8"x10" pieces I needed cut. Lance (I'm pretty sure his name was Lance) said it would take about an hour. A little over an hour later he called and said they were ready. How much did he charge me? $20. I was expecting to pay probably twice that. And the work was beautifully done, nice, clean, precise cuts. It's a little out of my way, but I'm going to Chamblee Ace for my hardware needs from now on.

I wanted to return and equipment because after buying multiple ones it's always the same THING they stop working after a day or two so we started buying a new brand but he said he cannot accept broken equipment but he said that he could fix it which would take 2-3 weeks and I could sell it somewhere else if I needed the money, I asked to speak with someone else to get another option or response because I didn't want the equipment anymore and he said well I'm the manager and what I'm telling you is the only option you got. I was asking for credit from the store to buy oil because we're not buying any equipments from this store anymore. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. Bad service.
