While your are at it get a wheel barrow or a gorilla cart because that will save your back. The stone was for our new fire pit which turned out nicely. There are a few other projects around the back yard and this is definitely the place to come if you are thinking of anything landscaping wise. I also realize that I was shorted two cables, and went back for a refund/exchange of product. The guys were nice enough to help me with the exchange however at the bottom of their receipt (buyer beware) it does stay there is a 20% restocking fee. Mind you though the items that I purchased, I literally could have taken two steps to the right and restocked them for them in about 10 seconds. I was simply told sorry that is our policy and it is stated on the receipt. I had to pay $65 restocking fee for seven items (make that eight, he also charged me the restocking fee on the one that they forgot to give me) that I could've simply put back in the box 5 feet to my right. I was barely offered an apology , and basically told that was how things are. Not only have these guys lost my personal business, but they have also lost any future business that I could've provided through my renovation company. Hope you guys are happy, good luck in the future. I would've given them 4 to 5 stars for their original service, but the way the guy at the counter acted when I had to do the exchange was like his job and just gotten 20 times harder. He couldn't figure out the math and as I stated before overcharged me on the restocking fee. Way to handle business guys.

Subsequently with seeing even more install issues that are solely on Granite & Marble Solutions, they are completely unresponsive and keep kicking the can down the road. Very bad customer service. Pretty clear that they just hope I will go away. It's been very disappointing to have spent the money we did and have all the install issues which permanently impact the quality and look of the stone. I've waited a long time to post a review hoping they would come to the table.

Custom Kitchen, Inc replaced my 1977 laminate countertops with exquisite granite. It's very…read moredifferent and matches well with the existing cabinets and our stone fireplace. When at the yard, I told the owner what I was looking for and he drove me to four samples and I loved three of them so it was apparent that he had listened carefully to what I wanted. I also liked picking the edge and corners. (Who knew there were so many choices.) The measurements were taken with a template, not a laser. On the the day of the templates, the crew pointed out a problem which neither the designer nor the construction manager for kitchen renovation had noticed and/or mentioned. We were able to anticipate the solution thanks to Custom Kitchen. And we were sent several pictures that showed how they proposed to lay out the templates on the granite. I suggested that the largest piece be flipped 180 degrees to pick up a "swoop" in the natural flow of the granite. I was sent another set of pictures which matched my very unscientific description, perfectly. The island needed 3 pieces of granite to accommodate the new range. the two pieces on the side are nicely matched and the third piece across the back of the range fits in very well. While the whole of the kitchen renovation turned into an extended nightmare, choosing and installing the granite was easy-peasy.

A renter was in there with temporary plywood countertops. Jen and GK jumped right on it and helped out. They came out the next day (they drove from Kennesaw to Buford at 4:30 p.m.), and I just heard from Jen and they are installing the countertops today!!! Wow!! a 48-hour turnaround. The granite is beautiful and it was $420 cheaper than the other contractor. A win-win, for sure. I would HIGHLY recommen GK for any project you have. I will definitely use them again.
