Based on the other Yelp reviews, it appears that this company's business involves selling reduced price bargains that may well have some type of damage. Local customers shopping at this store in person may know about Building Liquidator's "buyer beware" approach to discounted goods, but I bought the mower from them from hundreds of miles away on eBay; it was listed as "new, in the box" and I had no idea that it might have some kind of problem. When the box arrived, it had clearly been opened and resealed. I suspect now that the mower may have been a return from another customer, perhaps because of the same malfunction, and that Building Liquidators then passed it on to me. Their handling of this situation doesn't speak well for their company's customer service. I'm disputing the charges with my credit card company. Customers should be aware that their state's consumer protection laws or credit card company's policies may offer them additional protection, regardless of what any particular company's policies may state.

The store closes at 3:00 pm, and at approximately 3:05 pm multiple staff members began pressuring us to leave in a way that felt abrupt and unprofessional. Despite explaining that we were actively deciding and midway through the warehouse, we were insisted upon to exit and were physically escorted to the door, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. There were other people in the store as well, which were not made to leave. On top of that, nearly all products were priced at the highest tier, which did not align with the level of service provided. Based on both the customer treatment and pricing, I would not recommend this business.

But Nour, began showing samples and rather quickly narrowed the search down to 2 choices! Holding up the sample backsplash, and 2 cabinet colors to the 2 counter top choices produced the final product. Nour was a very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. She made a daunting and intimidating task go pleasant and smooth. Georgia Stone really has their act together from the beginning of the process all the way through to the end. The first time, GAD was the only company that would respond to…read morea small job cutting out the chipped front granite in a standard sink installation so I could install a farmhouse sink. I called at least 8 places. No one would bother with the small job. GAD was kind, very reasonably priced but mostly, finely, willing to do the small job. They knew I was I was in a time crunch with tenants moving in and fit me in. They did the job even better than I asked for! I didn't care about back corners not matching new sink but they did and matched the back corners too. Today, I put in base only 72" vanity in newly remodeled master bath. Went to GADs office and found a beautiful piece of granite large enough. They were so flexible with me changing the install dates multiple times because I was too busy to finish the sheetrock and painting after rough in plumbing. They came today to install and it's beautiful. The threw in a backsplash in case I need it later, worrying I'd never find the same stone if I decided I wanted it. What really impressed me is the quality. They cut under side counters to very strongly secure clips to hold sink it. The cut itself it pretty! The work quality is great. The people are friendly and flexible. Highly recommend GAD. I found them through a referral from a framer and happy I did. Super nice people.

Any tiles that were similar to those in the other stores seemed to be a higher quality. They have a large number of tiles that are in stock making it extremely easy to purchase the tile. We worked with Liz and she was wonderful and very responsive. Prices were also great considering the quality of the tile was higher then any other store I went to. We selected the Half Picket Calacatta Gold Marble & Thassos Marble. We paired it with Mapei Avalanche Grout and we absolutely love it!
