So far, so good. We went with Glover's based upon a recommendation and we've been pleased with the service we've received and their prices. We had all of our nasty, 80's green carpet pulled up and replaced with a dark, gray laminate wood. Our floors look amazing now, I can't believe we have a place that looks this nice. Glover's has a huge selection of carpet, rugs, hardwood and laminate to choose from. It took us a while to find what we wanted b/c of the huge variety that have on display...this is a good thing, trust me. The staff was extremely helpful in deciding what we could afford and what would work best for us. We were never pressured or up-sold on any expensive items and I feel they really were looking out for us. There are many items to discuss when getting floors, including installation, removal, trim & molding, underlayment, etc. They made it very easy for us and spelled out the pricing for each item. Being a cheap SOB, we choose to remove and dispose of our own carpet and also install our own shoe-molding. They deducted these items from our quote with no issues what-so-ever. They also have financing available which is quick and easy. The only complaint I have is about the installation. The installer did a great job, it just took 2 days...that's 2 days I had to take off of work to be there. It was only one guy, they really need to get some more help and have at least 2 people working these jobs. Our installer was awesome but having more people on the job and getting it done in one day would have been ideal for our situation. We did have one issue with one board and they came back out and fixed it for free, no hassle at all. Again, great service throughout the whole process. read more

just completed my fourth transaction with Glover and Flack carpeting and flooring. Just like the previous transactions I got excellent customer service a fair value and excellent quality product . From John in the office to the installers that came out everybody went above and beyond to complete the job on time to my satisfaction. That is no easy task, I recognise that I am a perfectionist and there were several last-minute changes to the job and we were accommodated without any complaint or any hesitation. I would strongly recommend that you get your next flooring quote from this company, if they work half as hard to make you happy as they have me and my family and my business and you will be absolutely satisfied. thank you John at the office and thank you Jaicinto and your installation crew you guys were awesome ! I hesitate to add any contractors into my home but I felt absolute confidence and trust with every employee that I came in contact with. Nothing was out of place nothing was disturbed they did not wander they were extremely respectful and they never stopped working. At one point we even requested that a terrible section of floor of the toilet installed to modify the underlayment to our satisfaction over something that could've been considered relatively petty. First, the finished product was very good. However, like another reviewer, I was unhappy with only one person to install laminate planks (wood-like). For a while it seemed as if we were taking in a boarder as he was there an entire week. This was for 930 square feet of material; it seemed an inordinate amount of time. The second part of the job was for carpeting in three bedrooms, which went quickly and again was very good. Problems arose when I tried to get a refund on labor for removing flooring in advance of the carpeting. After four phone calls and two letters, they finally sent a check. The last problem was trying to get the installer to return as there had been a water leak and some planks needed to be replaced. After months of calling and being put off time and time again, a date was finally set. When the day arrived, he didn't show. I tried his cell phone - straight to voice mail; same experience upon calling the scheduler. Spoke to someone in the office, who had not been involved, but no solution was forthcoming. So, for these reasons, I do not recommend them. read more

Glover Flooring just installed new laminate flooring in my kitchen and master bath. I couldn't be more happy with the service and the results! They were great to work with from beginning to end. We had a hard time settling on what we wanted, but they helped us figure out what would be best in the space on our budget, patiently answered a million questions, and provided multiple quotes on different options. The installation was also a breeze. Glover's people were on time, efficient, professional and extremely pleasant to work with.
