I have never been treated more rudely at such a lovely store, where I wish I could continue to shop, but after today I won't ever return. I purchased five items and had to return with a truck to pick up one of then. Upon preparing my item for loading, we noticed a few issues in the top finish. I ask if they could order me a new one instead of accepting the one on the showroom floor. She said she would check on it or that she could offer me 20% off. I ask her to check on the new one and let me know. No one called me back, so I called them back a few days later and they told me they cannot order a new one. So I went today take a closer look. Two different clerks were working and told me they would only take 10% not the 20% the other clerk offered to me. So I ask for a refund. One of the clerks issued my refund and did say, "I'm, sorry" and she wished me luck in finding something else. The other clerk stood at the counter and said clearly under her breath, "there is nothing to be sorry about." Well.... I sorry for your loss and any future sales to me, I liked your merchandise. But refuse to be treated rudely. It's such a nice store to have such an unpleasant clerk and so unprofessional of her. read more

Lived in Johns Creek for 10 years and I go in this location about every couple of months. I can count on 2 fingers the number of times the "ladies" have ever asked me if I needed help finding anything or even said "hello and welcome". They will see me walk in, lookup & then back down again. Sometimes they are at the front counter talking and just not acknowledge me. I've watched them do it to others as well. We moved to the area into a newly renovated home. All of our furniture was outdated and not in the style of the new house. It was late November and we were expected to host for the holidays. We were going to need to buy and/or replace everything and we didn't know where to start! We found out about Outrageous Interiors, specifically two of their designers Belinda and Dee, from good friends of ours. Their home was impeccably decorated and anytime I asked about anything, she told me they had provided it. We decided to go into the store and meet with Belinda and Dee. They made us feel so welcome and comfortable! I cannot say enough good things about these two women. We explained our situation, how much stuff we needed, our style and most importantly, our budget. They came to our home in the next few days and took pictures and measurements. I sent them some pictures and idea boards I had saved and they said they would have a presentation ready the next week. The presentation was spot on! We hardly changed a thing. The best part of all was that they came in right under budget. We were so thankful! They rush ordered everything and there they were two days before Christmas to do the install. When I say install, I mean EVERYTHING. They brought the furniture (complete with the tabs for the feet), rugs (and pads), pictures were placed on the walls (and not just the ones we bought from them), curtains hung, bed linens, books, mirrors, accessories, you name it. Their team worked seamlessly, like a well oiled machine, to literally transform our empty house into a model home in eight hours. It was truly amazing! They were so great to work with! Pictures of our home can be found on their Facebook and Instagram accounts and they truly speak for themselves. Working with Belinda and Dee was such an enjoyable experience. We are so thankful for them and the team at Outrageous Interiors and we cannot recommend them enough! read more

I recently ordered a wall clock for $130. What I received was a clock painted on cardboard that a child could have created. It was far from quality work. I would price this clock for maybe $50 tops. I immediately contacted the company to request a return label. I was told by James M, quite rudely, upon receiving the product and "inspecting" it, the company will deduct money it cost them to ship the item to me as well as I will have to cover the return shipping cost. As a small company as this one, I think their customer service needs to be improved. I will definitely never purchase anything from them again. read more

I think they don't understand the purpose in being a business, it's to collect money and sell products. That means greeting people and asking them if they need help and being available to collect thier money. What's the point in being a business with stuff in it if your not selling it. They are so preoccupied with decorating it all all and moving stuff that they don't sell the stuff and notice people that come in to buy the stuff. If your the owner of this business focus on your purpose which is selling your product. read more

I stopped in on a Thursday afternoon, looked around for 30 minutes and really liked a few pieces, in fact loved a recliner and may have purchased, except i could not even get a hello from the staff, and was totally ignored and I left. I returned the next Saturday afternoon (after the Friday snow), and they did not even open (even though Saturday afternoon was beautiful). I guess the owners do not really care if they sell anything or not... it certainly will not get my future business. read more

Went to the Peachtree location and walked into there store. And was not greeted by any of their staff? At anytime. They had a lot of nice things walked around the whole store saw many of their staff walking around not one said hello probably will not be going back ever again very very disappointed. They truly are knowledgeable on all things interior design and go above and beyond whenever I stop in the store. They listen to my ideas and collaborate with me depending on my taste and preference. Denise and Nancy from Outrageus Interiors completed a full bedroom project for me this past Spring and it is incredible. My bedroom is right off my foyer so it is seen by any guests and I wanted it stunning. And it is nothing short of spectacular! They listened to all of my likes and dislikes, asked lots of questions to get to know me and on the day we went for our consultation to see the "board" drawing of what they had done, my husband left and said "they nailed it." They created a perfect oasis for me and my husband. They listened to the fact I wanted the fabrics durable and kid friendly and somehow pulled it off. Their attention to detail and their use of so many textures is amazing. In a nut shell they created an oasis for a busy mom of 3 kids to escape, feel I've walked into a luxury spa (one of my desires I voiced), and not be scared to death when my 3 year old comes "cannon-balling" onto my bed. When we were building our new house, we hired Outrageous Interiors to furnish our house and make it a home. Design is not in my wheelhouse, so the thought of furnishing a house from scratch was overwhelming. The designers we worked with at Outrageous Interiors truly turned our house into a beautiful home. Dee Miller and Belinda Giddens took our blue prints and our very. very, very basic input (a "feel" for the house, "light and bright," casual) and presented us with a beautiful concept design. They made selections for EVERYTHING from rugs to sofas, to tables, chairs, ottomans, and accessories. They were very open to our feedback and rejections and listened without defensiveness. They planned the spaces, took care of ordering and tracking shipments, made returns, worked with craftsmen and craftswomen to have drapes designed and made, and scheduled and organized the delivery and installation. What we have is a beautifully designed home that meets our needs and our taste. The pieces fit so nicely in the space and work so well together and the window coverings, artwork, and knick knacks are all perfect and work with special items that we had and wanted on display. From the store front and selection on the showroom floor, to the designers, to the craftsmanship of the draperies and handmade pieces, to the delivery men, I would recommend Outrageous Interiors with pride and without reservation. Thinks twice before choosing Outrageous Interiors if you want your merchandise in a timely manner. In the time it has taken to receive our completed order, I could have gone to Houzz or other online marketplaces and had the product shipped, decide whether or not I liked it, and returned it many times over. I have heard endless amount of excuses over the past 100 days, yes, over 3 months for items that I should have had in 5-7 business days had we chosen an alternate source. Supposedly this is the week we get the final, critical, last piece to complete our order, but again, it's allegedly in the warehouse. The same warehouse it has been for the past few weeks. They also required 50% down upon ordering, fine, but we took delivery (which there is a healthy charge for delivery) of most of the order, and then got billed for the other 50% but still do not have a completed order. On a positive note, our designer was very good, but if we knew it would take over 3 months and counting, we would have taken our business elsewhere. A little transparency on their end in lieu of weekly excuses would have been appreciated. read more
