We had Concrete By Design do our entire pool deck 2 years ago. We immediately reported all the issues and were assured they would make it right and fix them. After several attempts contacting them we still do not have this resolved. It has gone from bad to worse. Leroy Brown stopped by (unannounced) 6-7 months ago, took loads of pictures, promised he would get it all fixed - then disappeared again with zero contact. Beware, Leroy Brown is all talk. read more

We had 2 services in our new construction home-One room in the basement, which is going to be a hair salon was stained in gray. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL job-In our garage we had the flake epoxy-It is equally ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL--Working with Austin, Celia and Leroy was amazing-The work that was done is perfect-We are very very HAPPY with their work-The stain color in the salon was not quite right, but they came right back and corrected it and even said they were sorry. Wow fantastic customer service!! I would hire this company in a heart beat!!! If we decide to stain more floors in the basement, when we finish it, Concrete by Design in Sharpsburg, GA will most definitely be the company I call!!! read more

Absolute worst service I've ever received in my life! During the estimate process Mr. Leroy Brown stated that the entire process would take no more than 4 days to complete. It took them about three weeks, and Concrete By Design left my floor in disarray. They will not honor their "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" that's stated on their website. The Owner, Mr. Leroy Brown, lied about being in my home to complete work when they had never shown up. Not knowing that I'd been in the home that day awaiting their arrival. I paid for a "seamless" epoxy floor. What I received was far from seamless. They were supposed to fill in the cracks in my floor prior to pouring the epoxy onto the floor... that did't happen. They failed to clean up after themselves. They left blue painters tape on my walls and ceiling. There are bubbles, cracks and hardened puddles of epoxy left on my floor. The pictures that I've post of my floor don't lie... and the really don't do reflect how bad the work really is. They left cigarette butts on the floor of my garage and in my driveway. They also left epoxy spatter on the walls of my garage from where they were mixing the epoxy in buckets with a high powered mixer. Mr. Brown also stated that everything would be covered with plastic during installation process, but that to proved to be untrue, as there is also epoxy on my kitchen counters that I cannot get off. Mr. Leroy Brown took nearly $5900 of my money, for this unsatisfactory work. He then had the nerve to send me a text message requesting that I send the remaining balance to an address in South Carolina. read more

I do not recommend this business. I hired them to repair my cracked and broken driveway. The work they did involved removing and disposing of 3.5-4 yards of concrete and replacing it. The concrete company delivered what would have cost me $1000 worth of concrete and Leroy Brown charged me $5350.00 for this job. Just to be clear, this is a space a little larger than the size of my car. I should have done more research on the front end of this project, that's my mistake. I recommend that if you request a quote, you get an itemized break down of the total cost of the job. When I voiced my concern to Mr. Brown, he suggested I research the rental price of a skid steer, breaker hammer, dumpster rental. I am in property management so I am familiar and I would think that a company that is in business to do concrete work would own this equipment and not rent it. Very unsatisfied- read more

The Company will never get any of my business again. I hope nobody goes through the headache and waste of money like I did when you deal with this company. Sloppy, unprofessional, Leroy pissing outside my window, I don't if he knows that a window is to see through from one side to another. I have a family with kids in the house you think they want to see that. The project came out looking like the projects. Concrete not finished nor sealed all the way like they tried to stretch out the product, garbage left everywhere, footprints seen in the finish and the list goes on.Just go to Home Depot and get some workers you are better off. read more

Absolutely amazing work with superb customer service! We had an existing concrete pad stained to blend with a large outdoor patio/outdoor kitchen project we did. Leroy Brown was the only sub contractor on this large job that paid attention to all the details and made sure the job was done to perfection. Due to the large amount of rain we had during the project, the area did get a little messed up at first. Leroy Brown has redone the work before we even had a chance to mention it. Then, when I didn't like the color that I had chosen, he went above and beyond to blend in another color so that I would totally love it. In addition he went to extra measure to make sure that none of his product got on any of the new pavers or our house. At one point I saw him on his hands and knees staining the edges so it would stay off the new pavers. He is a true craftsman and artist and did a fabulous, detail oriented job.
