I had Manuel for almost a year and suddenly, the wife stopped returning my text messages after she tried to overcharge me for picking up leaves Manuel had failed to pick up. This was my first Fall in Georgia. I assume the gardener will clean up the leaves and dispose them. Instead, Manuel created a wall of leaves between my property and my neighbors's. I called their number to ask for the leaves to be either bagged or be taken away yet the wife was snarky and told me it's impossible for Manuel to take the leaves of all the houses he maintains. I offer to buy bags and they came to pick up the leaves yet the wife tried to charge me an extra $120 for that after the weekly fee I paid them. After I asked for clarification, she stopped responding and it has now been 3 weeks. I had been paying them what they ask for weekly maintenance so I expect for the maintenance to take place. Another issue I had was they charge for everything as an extra, even if one asks small plants to be cut or removed. Make sure you ask upfront what their fee includes. I felt Manuel Just was focused on cutting the lawn and nothing else unless I constantly had to ask the wife about what needed to be done. Quite honestly, it's too much work to be dealing with his wife. She seems to be temperamental and also very rude for not returning my texts.

I booked them after another company charged me more money to supposedly deep clean, and then I had to go back and re-clean the whole home when that company left. But we booked Cleaning with a Cause and my daughter, who is super picky about cleanliness LOVES the young lady who cleaned, Day. Day was super friendly and sweet, and meticulous and thorough. She made my daughter feel comfortable having her in the home. She paid attention to the little details that let you know when a home is cleaned properly. I'm so very grateful that Day will be coming to clean my daughter's home every two weeks. My daughter and son-in-law have repeatedly exclaimed about the value and quality of this cleaning as opposed to the first one. Jeremy the owner reached out to make sure we were happy with everything following the cleaning. Payment system is easy and she arrived promptly at the scheduled time and went up and beyond to make sure the family was happy before leaving. Of course we have only had one cleaning, but so far this is a great cleaning service that we definitely plan to continue using.

Christian and his team did an amazing job repairing my front porch columns that were rotten and in…read moreneed of painting. They also fixed my front door and reconfigured the locks and the framing. Then, they sanded down the metal framing of my garage and painted it along with the columns. He suggested adding a cover to the top of the columns to keep water and small critters from perching inside. He did all of the repairs for a very reasonable price got the work done when promised and supplied all the materials even let me keep the paint.
