I ultimately chose Kemp's Dalton West in Newnan based on their excellent reviews and what seemed to be fair pricing, according to other customers. Kemp's has a well-organized showroom with a wide variety of manufacturers. We looked at Karastan and Masland, which both offered beautiful carpets that should hold up well under heavy foot traffic and with pets. What sealed the deal for me on Masland over Karastan was their customer service. I had a couple of basic questions, and needed some samples. The store didn't have the information on hand, so I reached out to both manufacturers directly. Karastan couldn't answer a simple question about which carpets had a particular feature unless I manually went through all their options and followed up with a call. Masland, on the other hand, had the answer immediately. They were able to tell me exactly which carpets matched my requirements, including weight, materials, and features right from their database. Not only that, but the representative also mentioned they own Dixie carpet, and recommended a few of their carpets that met my needs as well. I worked with Michael Snyder at Kemp's Dalton West. Michael was knowledgeable, took the time to answer my questions without rushing, and helped clarify the details I had researched online. We had to wait a few months after our initial visit for another part of our project to be completed. Even though we live down in Forsyth, and Kemp's typically doesn't serve that far down, they made it work and sent a crew. About ten days after purchasing, the carpet was installed by Javier Hernandez and his team. We've moved 14 times in 35 years and have had carpets installed many times. Javier's crew is by far the best we had install carpet. Their precision in cutting around baseboards, door frames, closets, transitions, and seams was unmatched. They were careful in our home, cleaned up everything, and even vacuumed afterward. My wife and I are very satisfied. Thank you, Michael, Javier, and the entire team, for a great experience.

Eric was recommended by neighbors who had successful work done my him and his crew. Eric is professional, punctual and consistent. The work and clean up was exceptional. They rebuilt the wall and put the proper netting, drainage and bricks in place. My plants were protected as well. I need repainting but I am attaching some proof of great work. He let me know the morning of when he was on his way and progress getting here (his commute was 90 minutes away). I got a quote for material and he offered to call and get a better price and then I called in to pay for it. What a kind gesture! He and his crew were timely and efficient. Eric explained the process and showed us what he was going to do. When he ran out of material, he got more and when he charged us for the material and trip, he didn't price gouge. He showed us the receipt for the additional materials and that is what we paid. We couldn't be more happy with job and Eric's professionalism.
