I was particularly impressed by the tile work and paint job in the laundry room. I am very critical of paint jobs, and I was pleased that I didn't have to redo anything due to sloppiness. The kitchen cabinets were stock cabinets and were pretty much installed in a few days. Zeus was also accommodating to some last minute additions. All in all, I am very pleased and if we have anything else to do in the house, I'm calling them. I wish I had pictures, but we need to do some tidying up still before that happens.

You'd think with her being related and her be a "DeBeer" she would do her best to represent the company and at the very minimum, respond to a customer. However, upon reading reviews, I see this is a pattern with not just her, but this company. If they are too busy or don't want someone's business then at least have the decency to not allow me to look at granite and waste my time. I am on a schedule and doing many upgrades to our new home and Heleen has shown her unprofessionalism and lack of regard for her customers. Maybe this company needs to have someone that just follows up with customers to make sure they are being helped and quotes that they are promised are being delivered. I wouldn't recommend DeBeers to anyone. If they lack customer service while trying to get quotes, can you imagine their lack of follow up if there is a problem with the install?! And

The tear-out and install team of 3 were efficient, and knew exactly what to do. The cutdown of the raised bar was well done. Andre (our sales person) came out to inspect after the job. The quartz is stunning, and you can't see the seam. Craig came to my house and measured more thoroughly than anyone else that came. He provided mock ups of what he was going to do and what it would look like, which no one else did. He also provided recommendations as this was my first time doing a project of this kind and I was trying to handle both this and my wife's pregnancy at the same time. When the cabinets arrived, they were great quality, real plywood and he and his crew were able to get installation done in just a few hours. These are big cabinets and spaces to maneuver in and things look great. Of all the vendors I looked at, none were more organized, thorough, or helpful as Craig in listening to what we liked and getting back to us in a timely manner. Every aspect of our cabinet transformation process was positive; visiting the stunning showroom, selecting cabinet & hardware (great variety), approving customized design, installation, tweaking and finishing. Everyone - owner to installer and interior designer, was professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. From onset, we felt that the company aimed to please the customer. I began by thinking we might simply paint our cabinets, but soon realized it was possible to enhance the beauty of the kitchen, make it more functional and ultimately increase the value of our home. Martin, the owner, is amazing! He recognized my disability and was persistently pushing for better accessibility and function; deep drawers instead of overhead cabinets, pull out shelf for heavy mixer, folding cutting board installed perfectly for wheelchair height, a narrow (reachable) spice drawer and a custom pull-down overhead cabinet for items used ofen. Installers, Isaac, Efron, and Candido are not only pleasant, pleasing and polite, they work hard and cheerfully until the task is done perfectly. They were willing to go beyond my expectations by re-doing areas I damaged with my wheelchair. Tressa visited our home after the cabinets were completed to suggest paint colors for the kitchen that would coordinate and complement the open area. Prior to Cabinet Transformation the thermofoil on our 24 year old cabinet doors were peeling and it was an awful site. One company in California advised they could redo the thermofoil, but I would have to send them each door and the cost was astronomical to say the least($199 per door). Enter Cabinet Restorations, they were able to transform my kitchen, by replacing the doors, counter tops, sink, and back splash. Alberto was very meticulous and did an exceptional job. We are extremely happy with the final product and would recommend Cabinet Transformation to anyone looking to feel good about their kitchen again. We used Cabinet Transformations to remodel our kitchen. Their warranty is quite impressive, and we finally had a chance to use the warranty for a cosmetic fix. The corner round below our new kitchen island started to separate from the island. Albarto came out the morning after our call to address the issue. First, it is important to note that Albarto was wearing a very professional face mask. Since my wife and I are older, it gave me great peace of mind to know that Cabinet Transformations was sensitive to the present Covid-19 environment. I had my cabinet reface just about three years ago both my kitchen and my bathroom and I must say they live up to their warranty and their commitment to servicing their customers. I called with a minor repair of a loose drawer and also a problem with the face to my Island and they responded quickly and send Alberto. He was nice knowledgeable and professional and I love that Alberto entered my home with a mask and it remained on for the duration of his visit. He verbally quoted me $1,500 for an IKEA laminate counter kitchen installation. The cost of the IKEA laminate counter (3 pieces) was only $300. I felt the $1,500 was a bit high but I was having trouble finding someone to install laminate and Victor seemed knowledgeable regarding my project. The project should have taken a day, but Victor was extremely slow. He also let me know he now charges hourly. After day one, he was still setting up his equipment and adjusting my an ikea kitchen drawers which he claimed were off. Not much more done on day 2, day 3, finally started cutting counter tops. I asked him repeatedly where were were on price which he said he would let me know but did not. The evening before he did the actual install on my counter he sent me a text stating he was at $4,500. I was could not even believe this. I did not respond until the next day when he arrived. I had a conversation with him regarding the price he was now charging, he said he had to adjust some cabinets, I did not even pay that much to have my whole IKEA kitchen installed! I knew he was going to leave me is a mess, no counter, sink, etc. I told him to finish and when he was done, I tried to talk with him again about the original $1,500 estimate to now $4,500. He got very heated, so I gave him a check for the full amount which I so regret now but I was uncomfortable with his reaction and wanted him to leave my home. Please beware and don't make the same mistakes I did by hiring Victor who took total advantage of me and he knows it.

I found the tile I needed online, called to see if it was in stock and "purchased" it online - which actually means basically requesting a quote. They contacted me first thing in the morning and confirmed the quantity, the shipping costs if I wanted it shipped and said I could pay by phone or come to the store. I was going to pick it up within the next few days, so they said they would hold it for me and I could pay when I came to get it. Over the course of the next few hours, many things changed with my order - my contractor was going to pick it up, so I called back to pay by phone. Then I needed to add some items and called again and they were able to quickly add them to my order. Basically I was high maintenance, and every time I called they knew exactly who I was, what my order was and helped me with very friendly service. We got the tile and everything looks great. They provided excellent service, and I'd definitely go check out their store or website again if I needed more tile! Their price for my specific tile was competitive to others I found online and cheaper than Home Depot.
