As well as materials being changed that we originally decided upon using for the improvement. Then we were informed that the finance company had not only disapproved our loan but as well cost me a FOURTY point loss on my creidit score!!! Do yourself a favor and go through a reliable company. I know there is a lot of consumers out there that disagree with Lowe's and Home Depot , but going through a large corporation like these two, you'll have a much better chance of being completely satisfied with both the product as well as the improvement warranty.

They then began to have problems with other sub contractors and the job went on for several months. I found inconsistent numbers in their billing. I asked John why the totals were more than the addends and his reply was they do that to cover any mistake their estimator makes. The 3 carbon monoxide roof vents were damaged and on the contract to replace. They were only painted to look new and not replaced. I asked Ed Rollins why they were not replaced and he replied, we made a mistake and used that $350 on the gutter guards. PGRS started the job in April and didn't complete it until October.
