They were also helpful in re-routing some existing units to make our zones more logical. We had some issues with one zone not turning on, but they came back and initially got it working (no equipment changes were needed at the time). The same problem re-occurred and they just replaced one of the control valves and it has been fine after that. I waited until we had used the system for several months before submitting the review. As we had to water new sod periodically even during the winter, we did not have the system flushed. Despite a couple of days of extremely cold temperatures in December, the system did not have any issues once things warmed up to where it was possible to use it again. Overall, we were pretty happy with their work and their pricing. I would recommend them.

Brion was able to quickly locate where each problem point was and repaired it in no time and even adjusted a few heads for me that were spraying the fence and thought me how to adjust the head myself. If you pay to have your property graded, seeded and strayed and instead they have a hill draining over your retaining wall and into the same slate chips you paid them to install, call A Abby. If you want a pond in your slate chips because they did not properly grade the area, call A Abby. If you want a drain installed to drain the aforementioned pond, and the install is going uphill, call A Abby. If you want seed and straw put over rocks that were supposed to be removed, call A Abby. Me, I am going to have to call any landscaper but A Abby to fix their mess.

I received a call 8 minutes before the scheduled arrival time stating that a tech had called in sick so they would have to reschedule. Fine. Fast forward a couple of days. They were supposed to have been here nearly 3 hours ago but still nothing. I've called their office several times only to be told "the tech is on his way" each time. They are either incompetent, dishonest or both. If you can't trust them to show up for a scheduled appointment you probably don't want to trust their work either. Save yourself the aggravation. You've been warned. UPDATE: When I arrived home later today there was an Accurate irrigation truck in front of my house. They diagnosed and repaired my dead sprinkler zone [which included digging up a 3 ft long patch of my backyard] within 20 minutes. When i asked what the bill would be I was told "nothing." The guy didn't seem too happy to be there but I suspect that's because he had to cover for someone else who dropped the ball. We all make mistakes. It says something when a company acknowledges and fixes them. Raising rating to 2 stars from negative 2. You now have the full picture. Choose wisely.

The landscapers knocked out the entire backyard in a day and a half and did a wonderful job. They even moved a sprinkler head for us, that wasn't in the correct place to provide efficient irrigation, without adding on to the project budget. The project manager/landscape designer worked with our schedule when the weather wasn't cooperating. Any issues that we brought up were promptly addressed and we couldn't be more pleased with this company--Highly recommend!!
