So I believe I called MBC midweek, and they were able to come out that weekend! The price was EXTREMELY affordable for a 2 level deck, last minute appointment, on a Saturday! I accidentally triple booked not realizing I had other contractors coming, meetings throughout the day, and the house was HECTIC with people, but that didn't phase him one bit! (Wish I had that level of focus!) He was kind, respectful, professional, and even had someone notice his truck and wanted to see his work from the street. I genuinely hope this review helps. I was skeptical at first because he only has one review, but he's VERY professional, licensed and insured, has professional branding, and is a well run business with great customer service and even better work!

The gate has not been washed for years since we bought the house six years ago. We were getting worried as we couldn't find anyone on the internet who's willing to clean the gate. When David saw the gate and driveways, he did not hesitate at all. He immediately said that he can do it, and no problem. We ended up having the entire exterior of our house and the deck get cleaned up too. The result was amazing! We were just in awe of the difference in the before and after appearance of our gate, driveways, walkways, stucco, and deck. It's funny that certain features of our landscape showed up as we didn't even know they existed. David is an excellent worker and he takes pride in his craft. He is very professional in dealing with his customers, polite and honest. His main focus is to ensure that his customers are pleased with the result of his work. His pricing is very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend MBC Power Washing for any power washing job that you need for your residence or commercial property. I guarantee that you will be happy with the result.

He showed up today as scheduled and got right to work and the finished product speaks for itself. Very respectable young man. Very professional with his work, kept me in constant communication even when he was running behind schedule. I would definitely use him again and I would encourage anyone else to actually use him as well.

We had builder grade gas logs that died. This led me to the discovery that repair or replacement of…read morea gas fireplace ia a somewhat niche business that Archer and very few others do. Archer was one of several quotes - and be careful when dealing in this area- but came in as one of the lower ones. However, replacement of a gas fireplace is NOT a cheap project. Patrick Archer was our salesman and Sean did the work with one of his assistants. Watching the installation, I felt a bit better about the price tag - Sean was literally going in and out of a 10" by10" hole - multiple times - he is a human ferret. They pulled everything out including the exterior vent (the 10 x 10 hole), replaced the exterior siding, installed the new unit, fixed the drywall, hooked everything up to the gas line, and re-tiled. The work was excellent and was a lot more involved than I would have thought. The only complication was that initially the logs would not reliably light, but the company was responsive and sent out a tech who adjusted the positioning which fixed it (something about airflow). And we don't have the manual for the logs which makes the remote functionality a bit hit and miss sometimes since we don't have the instructions, but we're working on it and have a request in to the company. Recommended.

Ours did not prove to be as easy as we had hoped, but Terry and his team worked diligently to get the job done and met all the county requirements. I am not one to write a lot of reviews, but this one I had to write on their behalf. Several friends had recommended Long's to me when our septic problem came to light. I did talk with several other companies, but none of them, apart from Long's, left me with peace and comfort we were moving in the right direction to fix our problem at the most reasonable price. Long's certainly did not disappoint. Thank you, Terry, Ruthann and team for a job well done! - Cathy G, Fayetteville, GA

I have had the deck for about 2 years now and am having a lot of trouble with it. At first my outdoor lighting that was on the boardwalk and dock started giving me problems. I had my lighting guys come out and they said all the outdoor, all-weather grade fasteners and fittings that they had put on were no longer on and causing all my problems. It turns out Mark Carlisle's crew who took the lights off to install the new boardwalk and dock threw those good fasteners and fittings away on the ground and replaced with cheap indoor fittings after I specifically told them to keep them and use them to put the lighting back on. That is the smaller problem. The big problem is that I was told the Trex fasteners were not available so they used screws to fasteners the Trex and now I am ha ing problems with warping and keeping the Trex secured. This is a tripping hazard and creates an unsafe condition. When i brought this to Mark's attention, at first he said he would replace the Trex and have the lights fixed back to original and now he is not doing that when we have a written 5 year warranty on the work. It is very disappointing and will probably have to go to court. Very unprofessional work done by the crew and a total disregard for the warranty that he guaranteed. I recommend not using this contractor for any home project as the crew did a terrible job and the person is completely dishonest. Avoid yourself the headache.
