Unprofessional, RUDE and HATEFUL! Email to Best Portables: We had a major issue in 2020 with Best Portables! The drivers called in regards to the correct placement of the portos for Sunday and I sent them a pic of the map as to where they needed to go. As you know, they were placed in the incorrect location. Therefore, you had them picked up and did not return them for our event. Your company really caused an issue for our event having over 300 racers plus spectators not having a place to use the restroom. We were at your mercy and your company failed us. Therefore, we have notified the Tourism Bureau in hopes that you do not have this power for any future events. This was a very unfortunate situation. Not only did you take the portos but you refused to answer our calls and texts etc. Secondly, we were initially charged $885 in advance for the portos and last year the price was $575. You were kind enough to lower the price back to last years price.
