I had one point of contact through the whole thing - April - who explained the rates, got me on the schedule for drop-off, kept in touch via texts, and sent me an invoice via email a few days after pickup. The pickup and drop off were friendly & professional. Just point where you want it & the driver puts it there. At pickup I didn't have to do anything (except finish heaving a few last things!). I just watched as he hooked the bin, pulled it up on the truck, and rolled a tarp over it (it's rolled out by a big arm that swings over the top). I live in the country so damage to the lawn/driveway wasn't a big concern for me. All in all - the cost was well worth it! We're maybe 15-20 minutes from the dump. If we'd thrown all of that out one pickup truck+trailer at a time, we probably would've made 8 or 10 trips to the dump. And then you have to unload it. So figure a trip takes ~2 hours. I'm very happy to have spent that time throwing away instead!
