No one is returning my calls or emails to resolve this issue. We have used this storage facility for 4 years. Last year we moved to a smaller unit and we paid a year for a climate controlled unit which we did not get as our furniture was covered in mold. Cubesmart is not responding to my many attempts to discuss this for resolution. the on site manager unfortunately cannot do anything but refer it up the ladder where it apparently is ignored.

You can also get your storage insured as long as you purchase the Locke they offer. I love the locks they sell because there is no way to leave it unlocked unless you leave your key behind. It's a nice little system. I got an inside climate controlled unit but they offer outside units as well. They have various sizes available and they can also tell you when other units may come available. The online payment system is a breeze. You can do auto pay which is very simple or manually make your payment monthly. There is a grace period if you are a little late and need room but let's try not to let that happen.

The Budget Truck Rental corporate customer service had to reschedule our reservation at a location 30 miles away. Meanwhile, I have movers waiting at my home waiting for us to arrive with the truck... Mobile Storage Depot took a reservation for a truck and never opened for business for me to pick up the truck and never bothered to notify me or Budget Corporate that they weren't opening that day. This move cost me several hours of my day and hundreds of dollars paying movers to sit around and wait while I went all over Atlanta trying to get a truck.

He was always willing to assist and provide me with suggestions and options on how to handle the move. The company overall and all of their employees were nothing but professional, accommodating and polite. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs additional storage or who might be moving. And they are all so nice and accommodating. Grab a girlfriend and spend the day. Off the beaten track in Newnan but worth finding them and becoming a regular. They are set up in an old house and each service provider rents a room and runs their own business out of it. Some of the businesses change with time, some have been there for years. Each makes their own appointments but the main number can assist you to learn what is available and help you coordinate your visit.

They have no choice but to keep her since they've allowed her to come in and run the intelligent help off. I have asked her to remove my previous free cube from the system but she either doesn't know how or is being spiteful. Either way isn't good. PTC customers deserve much better than this manipulative, spazz of a customer service rep.
