You can NEVER reach anyone at this facility by phone. I called to cancel my unit beginning on February 1, 2026. After about 10 calls and messages, I finally reached someone. Told them to cancel the unit, made sure that everything was out of the unit and am still getting notifications of billing and now past due fees. I worked for this company for the last six years. They were great. I thought. I was forced to resign based on lies and here say. Sadly, I referred a former customer for a job there, Jane Nolan. This woman is not qualified even after months of training. They have no choice but to keep her since they've allowed her to come in and run the intelligent help off. I have asked her to remove my previous free cube from the system but she either doesn't know how or is being spiteful. Either way isn't good. I never had a problem renting in the past few years here in Peachtree City, but recently tried to rent a unit online and couldn't access the unit per instructions and nobody was in the office during regular posted hours! Called 1-800 number first time and they called a manager located at a nearby location and she drove over. The second time I actually drove over to the other location by McDonalds on a weekend to get them to come to the one located on Dividend, and employees seemed aggravated and terrible attitude, boreline rude to me. Please hire an employee to be available in an office at each location, very aggravating! read more

The only reason I'm giving Cub smart a one star is because it's the only way I could leave my review. We have rented from this location for several years and the only thing they seem to care about is raising their rate. Our RV along with several others were Vandalized twice over the weekend. There have been other break-ins over the past several months. We cannot get a response from the corporate office. The courtesy response at the bottom of these reviews is not enough! read more

I have to say that I am disgusted with the management of this particular location. I was told when I signed up that their insurance was required. Twice I told the manager that I had my own renter's policy that covers the storage unit. She told me both times that the $12 per month charge was required by the corporate office. It's my own fault - I should have investigated further. Now I am moving to a new Cubesmart in another city and found out that the liar in PTC was indeed a liar. In addition, my rent went up $13.30 on January 1st without any notification. I was in a cancer battle at the time and didn't notice the increase right away. Terrible experience in PTC and would not recommend to anyone. Keep your eye on Cubesmart. You might be paying for more than you should. Cannot wait to get my stuff out of PTC. read more

Cube Smart has a very good location with space for recreational vehicles and climate controlled units. The lady at the local office is accommodating, but the policies from the corporate office are all about the bottom line....My unit contract was from the 24th of one month to the 24th of the next month. I notified them on the first of the month that I would vacate the unit...there is no prorating...so for 4 days of storage, the company charged me the full amount of $161.00...The company did not remove me from auto pay, and therefore charged me with the following month's service also. Hopefully this will be corrected. When renting from this company, do not use auto pay and if you need to vacate your unit, talk to the lady, not the man in the local facility. This company does not care about you or your belongings....Also, they auto charge for insurance and the lock for the unit....Bring your own lock and proof of insurance for your personal items....... read more

We stopped by to get information about renting a storage unit. The man who helped us was extremely polite, professional, and answered all our questions. We ended up renting a unit right then and there. He took us out to the unit to show us the ropes. I would have given them 5 stars, but when I asked about the pricing, I was told a specific price per month. When we were going through the rental process, I was informed that there is a $22 admin fee the first month, ok, I guess, but why wasn't I informed before we started the payment process. Only to find out, further into the process that I am required to pay $12 extra per month for insurance. Really? Why not start with the unit is x amount and the insurance is x amount for a total of xyz per month, plus a one time admin fee. I was a little irritated that the fees kept adding up. I would prefer to know all associated costs up front so I can make an informed decision rather than finding out later. Otherwise, the premises are beautifully clean and well maintained, and the service is excellent! At this point, I would definitely recommend them. read more
