I rented a unit on the 22nd of last month and ended up not needing it and they would not refund my money to me. They cut off my gate code and rented my unit I paid in full for to someone else. The motion detector on the gate doesn't even work half the time and you have to get out of your car to wipe off the sensor so the gate will open. Nothing is digital and leasing paperwork is hand written, very poor managed and unprofessional. I can't believe in times like we are in they would keep your money and nothing you could do about it.

The structure can be seen in their pictures; it's an aluminum roof and 80% closed in the front of the stall and remains open in the rear. The space measures about 24 ft long, 11.75 ft high, and 10 ft wide and has a gravel floor. I was out of state the entire time. When i returned, my $50,000 of stored vehicles looked exactly the same as the day I left them. No theft, no weather, no pest damage. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Only 60$/mo for this storage carport in summer 2016. They have even cheaper open gravel lot spaces. RVers-- check it out. It's a rural area. Office folks couldn't be nicer, and always answer their phone.

Matt and Gary took care of my move, and they were rockstars! They moved stuff out of my house and into a storage, and helped condense two storage units into one. When I say these guys worked hard, I mean they worked HARD! Completely professional and respectful of my belongings from start to finish. The last part of this process involves Jamal and Joseph taking care of my "haul-away" items. Because I apparently can't make anything easy, this was a fluid process moving possessions in and out of the keep/trash categories. Again, nothing but polite, professional hard work from these two. I am not sure how HUNKS finds such amazing team members, but they are fantastic. The process from the quote to completion is simple, straightforward, and professional. I gave 5 stars because I couldn't give 6. Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend.
