Showed up with a a truck too little, we had to do two trips. (The truck being too small was both of our faults, poor communication and listening). We sat in traffic a total of 3 hours on between trips. We would have never ran into that much traffic if they were on time in the first place. The dispatcher gave off scammy vibes, started talking crazy when I disputed the charges that more than doubled. It made me uncomfortable to the point I kicked them out of my house. Our move was confirmed for Saturday at 2:00 p.m. We packed our entire home, organized our schedule, and prepared everything according to the commitment made by this company. When the scheduled time arrived, we called to confirm their arrival and were shocked to learn that our reservation was not even in their system. After spending a significant amount of time trying to resolve the issue, they apologized and rescheduled the move for Sunday at 8:30 a.m. Because we live in a townhouse community where moving is not allowed on Sundays, we had to go through the trouble of obtaining a special exception just to accommodate their mistake. Unfortunately, the situation became even worse. Sunday came, and once again they failed to show up. No movers, no solution, and no accountability. As a result, we were left with our entire home packed in boxes, unable to move, dealing with stressed and confused dogs, rearranging work commitments, and facing unnecessary emotional and logistical stress. This was not a minor inconvenience--it completely disrupted our lives for an entire weekend. What concerns us most is not just the mistake, but the complete lack of reliability. A moving company is hired because people trust them with one of the most important and stressful transitions in their lives. Failing once is bad enough. Failing twice in a row after promising to fix the situation is unacceptable. We strongly advise anyone considering this company to think carefully before booking. Do to his initial helpfulness I gave him a gratuity of $195 (due to having to reschedule twice) On the day of the move he showed up with 2 other guys. The 3 left with all of my belongings while I was still finishing up in the apartment. I had to call him several times before he answered-- 30 minutes later. Note: I hadn't provided him the updated address before he left the premises so he didn't even know the exact location of the delivery. After several phone calls they met me at my new location and unloaded my things. In the end, I ended up paying a total of $1,160.

I gave Antonio at Atlanta's Express Moving & Delivery a call. He quoted me $225 for 3 hours on a Saturday with 3 men and a truck. I thought that was great since other companies wanted so much more (Mark The Mover $405, Two Men and a Truck $360). The big day arrived for the move across town and I had Antonio and his crew scheduled for 11am. He called and said he was running late and would be there when he could. Him and his crew got to my old condo at 1:30, but that was ok since the price was still right. Atlanta's Express Moving & Delivery was able to pack all of my furniture at the old condo, pick up several heavy pieces out of storage down the street, get to the new townhouse, and unload everything within a little over 2 hours. That was great if I say so as I have a lot of heavy JUNK. After they finished I paid Antonio his quoted price of $225 + a tip for each mover and gave them all a cold beer. They were very happy about the beer! I certainly recommend Atlanta's Express Moving & Delivery and will use them for my next move as well.
