From the moment they arrived, they got right to work and did not waste a single minute. I was honestly impressed by how quickly they packed/moved everything while still being careful with my furniture & boxes. What could have easily been a long, exhausting day turned into one of the smoothest moves I've ever had. They were respectful, friendly, hardworking, and worked incredibly well as a team. As a busy nurse who's juggling work, grad school, and life, I truly appreciated how seamless they made this process. Their professionalism and work ethic did not go unnoticed. If you're looking for movers who will show up, get the job done right, and exceed your expectations, ask for Omar, Eswin, and Jose. They were phenomenal, and I would absolutely use them again. Thank you guys for helping make my move into my new place so much easier!

    7/24: UPDATE: reimbursed for lawn damage. Not a dime for the damage done to the brand new…read moredresser I hadn't even had long enough put clothes in. It had just been delivered. Wouldn't recommend them still. Review not changed. 7/20: No reimbursement in full or any additional communication from this company and it's been almost 2 months. Avoid them at all costs! 7/14: Yes, accidents happen, we understand that and asked your company to make good on them. A $120 gesture of "goodwill" isn't reimbursement in full, it's a slap in the face that we refused. If there's truly a reimbursement in full for the brand new dresser and trench I will update this review again. If not, I'll update this with the communications from your staff.

Our move was confirmed for Saturday at 2:00 p.m. We packed our entire home, organized our schedule, and prepared everything according to the commitment made by this company. When the scheduled time arrived, we called to confirm their arrival and were shocked to learn that our reservation was not even in their system. After spending a significant amount of time trying to resolve the issue, they apologized and rescheduled the move for Sunday at 8:30 a.m. Because we live in a townhouse community where moving is not allowed on Sundays, we had to go through the trouble of obtaining a special exception just to accommodate their mistake. Unfortunately, the situation became even worse. Sunday came, and once again they failed to show up. No movers, no solution, and no accountability. As a result, we were left with our entire home packed in boxes, unable to move, dealing with stressed and confused dogs, rearranging work commitments, and facing unnecessary emotional and logistical stress. This was not a minor inconvenience--it completely disrupted our lives for an entire weekend. What concerns us most is not just the mistake, but the complete lack of reliability. A moving company is hired because people trust them with one of the most important and stressful transitions in their lives. Failing once is bad enough. Failing twice in a row after promising to fix the situation is unacceptable. We strongly advise anyone considering this company to think carefully before booking. Verify everything repeatedly and have a backup plan, because our experience demonstrated that a confirmed reservation may not mean much. This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences we have ever had, and we would not want another family to go through the same situation.

They seem to be very professional with follow-ups via email and invoices. But that's it!! My move was scheduled the 18th January I was given a time window of 9-11 and was on a strict time line. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! 1st I was told they were having issues with the truck @ 10am spoke to the "owner" he is RUDE! Told me it's not his fault and equipment issues are normal and took no accountability for anything. 10:30 he told me they got another truck and was on the way 11am the drivers called said they were on the way 11:20 still no show and I had to reschedule for the next day!! Next day come and these older disrespectful gentlemen showed up with attitudes. Talking bad about the owner and how he doesn't have equipment for them and they had to bring they own supplies and etc. They used profanity and were arguing with each other and overall took forever! Finally got the move done The move it self was ok the owner showed up apologized and assured me this was out of the norm and offered me $100 off my next move. Glad it was over I paid my bill and continue my day. As the last step was to move my bed and TVs into storage I figured I'd give them another try and use my $100 discount!!! BIG MISTAKE TOTALLY MY FAULT. The guys showed up and while friendly than the others they had no moving experience. When I reviewed the contract my discount wasn't applied! Called the owner he cursed me out, called me all types of names and came up with ever excuse not to honor the discount he provided. Explaining his financial situation and telling me he has kids to feed. But you offered me a discount so nothing I'm asking for is outlandish. He refuse to allow the movers to unload my things until I paid full price. After not waiting to go through the hassle I paid the full price. He showed up at the until very threatening and mean and intimidating! After it all he text me rude disrespectful remarks. See attached!! BAD COMPANY BAD BUSINESS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! HE IS RUDE, TREATS HIS EMPLOYEES TERRIBLE AND IS DISHONEST!!!

    I would have given a 5, BUT…read more... Lets start with the positive. Communication was great, and easy to schedule pick up & drop off. They also showed up on time. They are much cheaper than PODS, and have better reviews than PODS. (I recommend negotiating the price if possible) My only bad is when booking we explained how much space we would need to move our 2 bedroom apartment, and the rep encouraged us to get two Relo Cubes stating it would be best. -They offer individual relo cubes, or 7+ feet of space in a shared freight trailer. (Only 1 Upack customer per trailer, and the rest left over is for commercial moving) I chose the relo cube because I was under the impression that the shared trailer was with another household. (They didn't clarify how it was shared) Im most certain the reps have no clue how small the relo cubes are because when we showed up on moving day and saw the relo cubes we were pissed. The rep I got that day kept assuring me everything would fit in the cube and I promise you theres no way in hell all our things would have fit. They switched us to the trailer, and we saved $600 switching to the trailer. We also found out how the shared trailer worked which was reassuring then. If you use them, and have many things move i recommend a trailer over relo cube. Relo Cubes are much smaller than disclosed.

I was quoted a shipping time and my shipment was delayed nearly 2 weeks. The customer service individuals were all very dismissive, unprofessional and unwilling to help. One guy told me "I don't know anything just call back tomorrow and speak to someone else." Not to mention it sounded as if he was half sleep and laying in bed. Do yourself a favor and choose another shipping company. This company is not worth your money.
