Closetbox picked my things up from a Public Storage unit which had been broken into (this the reason for moving my things out) and delivered them to their facility. Unfortunately, I experienced a financial setback and could not afford to keep using Closetbox. They did something incredibly kind for me-they delivered my stuff to a location of my choice within a 20 mile radius of their facility for free!!!!! They're not just a business, they are kind and compassionate people.

Well I guess I'm an outlier but it's probably useful for me to share my experience. I had a very…read moreeasy time booking my service and the estimates for moving things was fine, although it was a bit strange that a couple of lamps raised my rate/month by $5/month. (Doesn't make any sense? Let's keep going). Evidently there's important fine print in the pick up confirmation email regarding what the mover will and will not do. They will pick up your stuff, but you're expected to disassemble your own bed and wrap all glass and mirrors. I didn't mind paying for these services, but they definitely need to share this information when you book over the phone. I would venture that a good chunk of people have at very least never disassembled a bed. I called them twice to let them know I would need help. Evidently this was confusing each time I told them because they all seemed to forget I told them. Then the day of the pick up came. I went to my old apartment and wrapped the glass I could lift myself. I taped my drawers. All this was done before 9am. The time window I was given was between 9 and 11. By 10:50, they called and told me that it would be 1pm. Then began four hours of back and forth and an utter inability to contact those actually picking up my stuff. They finally arrived at 440. 20 minutes before my service elevator reservation was up. I had to ask for an extension and the building was not happy-they shockingly like to plan for convenience for their inhabitants coming from work. The movers did fine, although they grumbled quite a bit about helping me wrap the things I'd mentioned several times that I would need help with. But the attitude was very, "we have no idea why you're so put out." Um...I get running behind. But 6-8 hours late is bulls*it. The company credited me $25 for my trouble but I have to say, this doesn't begin to cover it. Closetbox then said a customer service rep would be contacting me to address my complaints. Evidently someone called and failed to leave a msg. I think they're scared of me, but all I've done is express dissatisfaction and I think I should be credited for a month for the awful service + extreme delay.

5 stars! An outstanding moving experience from beginning to end…read more From my very first call for a quote to the moment the last item was moved into place, I felt completely taken care of by the Bullseye Movers team. I used them for an out-of-state move, and what could have been an incredibly stressful experience was handled by a group of motivated, friendly, professional young men who genuinely seemed to take pride in their work. I've moved enough times to know that isn't always the case. Moving is hard, physical work, and I've encountered crews elsewhere who understandably seemed overworked, rushed, or unhappy to be there. Campbell has clearly done a fantastic job building a team with a completely different culture. Everyone was courteous, positive, hardworking, and incredibly conscientious with my belongings. The level of care really impressed me. Every single item was properly protected with moving blankets and shrink wrap. Marble tabletops were carefully removed and handled separately. When they reached a delicate shelving unit with glass shelves, they didn't rush or take shortcuts -- they took the time to remove each piece of glass, wrap it properly, and make sure everything was transported safely. That attention to detail continued throughout the entire move. Most importantly, I never felt like I had to supervise or worry. I could see that they knew what they were doing and cared about doing it well, which allowed me to relax during a process that is normally anything but relaxing. Campbell and the team also worked with me on pricing and were very fair. One piece of advice for anyone getting a quote: take the time to provide as accurate an inventory as possible. It will help them give you the most competitive and realistic price from the beginning. Moving isn't inexpensive, particularly when you're going out of state, but Bullseye was absolutely worth it. Professional, careful, hardworking, friendly, and trustworthy from start to finish. I would hire them again without hesitation and recommend them wholeheartedly.
