Damage property was an understatement and when it was all said and done there was a piece of framed art that I brought back from Italy missing. I immediately called Andrew. This morning he told me they do not have it an he movers claim I called them the "N" word!!!! Never in my life have I used the "N" word! I won't even get into having to fight to get my new mattress put into the plastic I had for it....this is Covid-19 safety! Or the fact that my sofa cushions were soaked with sweat. My advice....STAY AWAY FROM TRG MOVING AND STORAGE! This says response rate 100%...try 0%. Company completely unresponsive.

The property is secure and the facility is clean. Now the office is run with virtual computers set up by Reliant Mangement and customer service no longer exists. They are absolutely horrible. I would be extremely cautious in giving them any credit card or debit card information for auto payment as they are now streamlining cash from their customers by issuing you an invoice for one amount and charging your credit card a higher amount. Of course you cannot speak to any management because they are busy hiding behind their cameras and email system. I would also be aware when renting any unit as they will give you one price and then two months later substantially increase your monthly amount.

Climate-controlled units were immaculate and it was very helpful to have the cart that was free to use within our building. Kathy and her team were super helpful and responsive. Used one of their U-Haul trucks a couple of times also. If customer service and professionalism is important to you, you won't find anyone better than these folks.

The two units I have leased were screwed up in their system from the start and initially caused a billing error that caused me a lot of heartache. What's worse is that the manager has no customer service skills whatsoever. She's quick to tell you how important she is and how many stores she manages, which is pretty shallow in the first place, but when an issue occurs, she hides behind her employees and doesn't return your request for a call - multiple times. I have no complaint with Irene and Robert, they have been awesome and actually knows who the customer is, but when you need to talk to management, they disappear. Also, very shady business practices. They will not tell you when signing the lease that they have outrageous late fees, $100 even if less than 30 days late per unit which is more than what I'm paying for one of my units. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR THINGS, because they will hold your stuff hostage even if they made a mistake. Awful!!
