When I say I made NUMEROUS calls to a variety of local storage locations, I truly mean it. My friend recommended tthat they had seen the new Boardwalk storage facility recently open and suggested I give them a try. I truly loved the way The Boardwalk Storage facility operates because you have one person, and only one person, that you work with at each location. As for me, I was very blessed to be able to work with Iesha Who has been in the storage industry for over 10 years. As I was making my initial rental over the Thanksgiving holiday, I have to give big-time kudos to Iesha Who was able to guide me even though her presence was not physically there. Of course, my moving truck arrived the day after Thanksgiving, but everything went off without a hitch and I have to give all the credit to Iesha. Great experience.

On the night of Nov 1st the elevators stopped working and my movers and I were stuck moving a truck full of furniture up two flights .... when I returned to the facility the next morning to place more things in storage the elevators were still not working so yes, I had to take the stairs again . When I complained to employee on the scene I got the usual cold corporate attitude well we called what else do you want us to do ? No let me see what what we can do to compensate you for this inconvenience, nothing , just a oh well we're sorry for the problem , again no true customer service .
