Had my storage here for 5 days. Was told it was always monitored and someone lived on the premises. I actually spoke to them the day I moved my items in. 5th day here my storage was broken into at 1:30pm during the day. After reading the police report the robbery happened for 20 minutes and it wasn't noticed. No return of first month's rent. How does a robbery happen at 1:30pm during the day and no one catches it. Would not recommend this storage place nor would I trust them with anything. And on top of that wasn't even notified of the burglary until 4:30pm. Obviously they are not here full time and it is not being monitored. read more

I had items stolen from Public Storage employees. They are now giving me the run around to get my stuff replaced or insurance reimbursed. Won't let me see cameras. And completely dismissed me. Better Business Bureau has been notified. Riverside County Sheriff's all have been contacted. A system failed again. Id encourage you not to lease here. Every 6 months they raise the price even if you are grandfathered in. The property manager Jennifer has limited knowledge of her own job. Fernando the district Manager is also incompetent when it comes to matters regarding policy. Im not sure the hiring requirements to work here. I'm assuming training is very light. read more

The person working today, June 14 the at 1:20 pm is incredibly rude. I called to ask how to add someone to have authorized access and was told to go to the website to do it, which there is no option by the way. I told her this and she kept asking me what is it that I was trying to do. I told her again to add authorization for another person to access the storage. She asked me again what is it that I was trying to do. Over and over. She then said as long as the person has a code and access to the app that they are ok to come in. This is not true because the gate malfunctions or the app doesn't work quite frequently and you have to go into the office and they will not let you in if not listed as authorized. She said well I don't know what to tell you. Anyhow, the tone was that I was stupid and that she was right and I felt like I was bothering her. I am almost done with this storage anyways. Overpriced they make u get insurance. They dont honor the online specials. I was stuck inside for 2 hours because the gate didnt work never even got an apology. They call people on ur contact list to let them know ur laye on a payment even if u told them to take the money on the day u are paid. Take ur bussiness somewhere else. read more

This place is the worst storage unit I have ever had. Not only are there break ins all the time but there is NEVER anyone at the front desk. Every time I have come to talk to representative or even drove in the office is empty and there is no one around. Might not be a big deal to some but when your on a time crunch to pay your bill, or say you need to throw something away the the trash bins are locked or heaven forbid you need to use the restroom--good luck cause there is no one there to assist you. also you would think they would "beef up" security with all of the break ins but nope. I have been sitting in the parking lot for the last 55 mins (trying to close my unit but no one is here) and the gate has been wide open. If you have any other option as far as storage facilities go, I definitely wouldn't come here read more

Signed up with them lady was nice.. then made one trip of things to the storage. Got a call not even 24 hours later saying my unit was broken into. I said are you joking? No they said we need you to come down so we can open it open.. I said ok I will be right there.. they say" oh wait sir can you come down later we have an auction we have to do".. I said "no I'm not wait g you just told me someone broke into my storage unit I'm coming right now and I expect someone to be ready to help me.. I show up at public storage and let myself in, sure enough, the unit was cut in to. I go ask the staff on site if they can open it. Oh you have to wait sir. I said no I'm not waiting you called me and said someone broken into my unit. I have been with you guys for not even 24 hours. "We can't help you right now".. no joke I almost lost it.. I waited about 20 mins for the lady to take her sweet time doing nothing to come open my unit sure enough all my tools are gone.. beware these people, kind funny how not even 24 hr later my stuff was gone.. they had 14 units broke in to. the people knew which units to hit. kinda funny how they company makes you fill out a paper saying what your going to put in there units. yeah kinda fishy right.. need less to say i got the hell out of that storage place and took all my stuff somewhere else. im expecting a full refund from them which a girl said she would do. and i did have the unit insured so now i have to deal with the ins company.. find another place to store your things this place is not safe!!!! read more
