Pros: - They're actually cleaning the restroom again after several months of filth. It's always been the cleanest storage facility I've ever seen, so I was shocked that the restroom had gotten soo bad for a while. Cons: - Since selling my home, I just keep selling stuff and downsizing till I don't need a storage anymore, but their pricing practices are just insane, be careful on what you sign up for, bait and switch comes to mind with their online specials (sign up at one price and the price is increased before you even complete the month), just constant price increases! - They used to actually be "climate controlled", but this year I've noticed "zero air circulation" in my part of the building (at my building anyways), I have to go outside every few minutes or suffocate in there (bring a cordless fan if you can, it's stuffy!). I understand climate controlled is not ac, and that's not what I was expecting, but when I moved in I distinctly remember air flowing through the vents, zero air flow now throughout most of the aisles that I've checked! - No trash cans at all, anywhere. I'm pretty sure people abused that convenience so they completely jailed the dumpster and got rid of any trash cans (even in the restroom). - BEWARE! A bag dropped off my cart moving from my car to my unit, I know exactly where it must've fallen off the cart, only when down one aisle with like two people on that aisle the entire time, I called the front office as soon as I noticed, with all the cameras I was sure they could check within a 30-minute window to try and see who may have walked out with over $150 worth of stuff, but no help at all (I'm sure management would be relentless if this was their monthly rent payment!). - IT'S NOT JUST THIS PLACE, MANY THIEVES AND TRANSIENTS LURKING EVERYWHERE (THAT LOOK EXACTLY LIKE SUPER FRIENDLY HONEST PEOPLE, UNTIL THEY'RE NOT), SO PUSH YOUR CART IN FRONT OF YOU (IN CASE SOMETHING DOES FALL OFF OF IT, YOU HAVE A BETTER CHANCE OF NOTICING IT) AND NEVER TAKE YOUR EYES OFF YOUR STUFF, EVEN FOR ONE SECOND.

I never missed or was late on a single payment, yet my rates were increased over and over again. Eventually, I was able to consolidate everything into just the 10x25 unit. Instead of seeing any savings, the monthly rent had climbed to an unbelievable $752 per month--nearly double what I was originally paying for that unit. When I called to speak with the manager, the response was essentially, "Too bad." The only offer was a token $50 per month discount. Over the years, I paid this company well over $20,000 and more than $6,000 per year as a loyal customer. Despite my perfect payment history and long-term business, they refused to work with me on the price. I finally moved out and found a 10x20 unit elsewhere for $340 per month--less than half of what they were charging me. If you only need storage for a short time, this place may be fine. But if you're planning to rent long-term, be prepared for continual rate increases. Loyalty means nothing here, and eventually you'll likely be paying far more than the market rate.

You get the rude ones that know the service but only to say no no no no. I wander if the guy who helped me worked there no employee ID.. We have had three different units on the property, and each time we move (upsize and then downsize) we are SO pleased to be here! The air conditioned building is so welcome after being outside (with the dust). In particular, we appreciate the help we get from Jerri and other staff members. Moving our stuff is often stressful and tiring, yet we are greeted personally with a helpful attitude every time we come in. read more

Avoid this place the increase rents regularly and you cannot do anything about that. Did they keep increasing rate every couple months and they're never stop even though they advertise cheap price online but you ended up paying much more later on. Do yourself a favor and find a place that has a fixed rate and not increased regularly. read more

When I first signed up and they warned me prices would start going up after I think the first year? they said I could always just switch units and sign a new contract. But when I tried to do that at the 2.5 year mark after several increases, they said you could only do so if you switched to a new floor entirely... basically making the process harder if you have bulky, heavy things. The place is clean, and access system is nice, but the rates for existing customers vs deep incentives to attract new customers is kind of the slap in the face I needed to close down my unit. Basically only store for the promotional no-rate-increase period and then get out. It's not worth it otherwise.

Whoever helped me was very friendly and explained everything about the facility to me and walked me to my unit to show me how to use it. Pros: - The facility is very clean and well lit. - The facility is climate controlled. - Access to the elevators and to your storage unit(s) is with their app. - You are not required to purchase a lock like other storage places since the units are remotely unlocked with your app. If you want it to be more secure you can add your own lock as well. - There are carts available on each floor to use. - There are 24-hour security cameras. Cons: - There are no drive-up storage units at this location, it is strictly indoors. I'm not sure how long this place has been here, but I've never seen it busy. There's plenty of parking to load/unload. They are strict about operating hours and will charge you if you are there after hours. Access to the facility is from 6:00AM-9:00PM daily. It seems like they offer U-Haul truck rental as there are a bunch of them parked on the side of the building. I haven't confirmed that though. Wi-Fi access is available in case service isn't good inside the facility. I recommend this place for your storage needs!
