This is a great Public storage. After shopping around for a storage place we decided to commit to this one. No contract, affordable storage rent, convenient hours, and protected. You are required to have insurance to rent a space there. They have plenty of storage sizes that will fit your needs. The property manager lives at the property so expect for your storage to be safe. Rochelle is who attended us and she was very helpful. The only thing I would recommend is for the wmployees to know about every charge that appears on the paper work that you receive when you sign up. There was a charge that my husband had a question on and Rochelle could not technically answer or provide the break down. She knew about everything else except that. this company is the absolute worst company I have ever stored service with not only do they lock you in the gate they call the cops on you after being a pain. Customer on auto pay just a few minutes after the gate locked instead of just being courteous and open it, they don't even have a button for you to push to get assistance. You have to call the corporate and go through a whole process. Meanwhile, while you're sitting there doing that they call the fucking cops on you! I have my work stuff in here I came in at 7 pm and they say is close and I can't go in, I called and they said hours are 6 am to 6 pm the signs not even change at the gate and they want to raise my rent ,I ask for a discount because I see they have $30 less the storage space I have and he said no, not possible. Some of the wall are down and the trash compartment is locked.all the time ,I am moving my business somewhere alse ,customer service very bad .I hear they have alot breaks in and is not safe for my stuff, people do not rent here storage next to O'REILLY auto parts And I wish I could give 0 on ratting,I am trying to talk to someone in charge public storage Reanna had told other to bad review my business and start Mark day ,Jennifer scharze, Jose gomez which are the one gave good ratting to the storage . The person that signed me up was polite, had a good initial price. It was the cheapest around, which was awesome. Than a few months later they jacked up the rent on me. It went from $178 to $212 and hasn't changed since than. But if you look on the website, the rent is supposed to be $178, unfortunately there was nothing I can do about it because 1) There was no contract for a fixed price and 2) all my stuff was in there and I haven't found a home yet. So I just ended up paying it because I didn't really have a choice. If you plan on keeping stuff stored longer than a few months, keep watch on the price increase without warning. They won't tell you a good reason they increased, just that they needed to. read more

The facility is great. The management is fantastic. If I were basing my reviews on this alone, I would give five stars. My issue is the rate increases that we keep getting hit with. Signed our paperwork and agreed to $120.00 a month. After 4 months it was raised to $142.00 a month. Then we were hit with $157.00 a month... And now it is going up to $173.00 a month. I rent my storage unit here for one reason: Rochelle. This location is one of many I can easily get to from my home, and the price differences between the facilities are minimal. The price here was actually higher than what I found online, but because of the excellent service I received from Rochelle, I decided to stick to this location. Rochelle knows her business, making each charge and aspect of the paperwork seem easy to understand. She even looked up and recommended other locations for me if I wanted the price I found online. That's honesty right there. The tour was fine, and the facility is equally adequate. I'm neither nervous nor excited about the level of security I see. It is all pretty standard. The unit was cleaner than I expected to find, aside from the typical stray leaf or spider you'd see anywhere that wasn't in use for a while. Your first payment will be about twice what you're expecting, because there is a service fee, the purchase of a lock, and your first month due upfront. Again, this didn't matter because of Rochelle. I know I can count on her if I have any concerns later down the line. She made the process fun and simple. I would recommend this facility to anyone who values quality customer service over the best deal in town. Storage seems best fit for plastic bins, well-sealed boxes, fitness equipment, and that sort of thing.
