Had I known this was considered a "troubled property" I never would have stored here. That's why the hours are 9:30-6 due to it being problematic. there is usually never anyone in the office and today. I finally get a hold of someone and he was extremely unprofessional. I got to my unit to find RAT (not mouse) droppings all over my belonging and a heavy smell of urine. The property manager suggested cleaning my unit with bleach. This will be the last month I store there. I am already looking for a new property if you have an option go somewhere else. read more

This place is always filthy dirty new management for ownership took over raise the prices prices seem to keep on going up and today is another day that I can't get into my storage unit... yes, I'm very upset!!! Continuously one of the worst storage experiences I've EVER encountered. There is NEVER anyone here to assist you and they NEVER answer the phone. I booked a storage at one price just to be charged a different rate. Then a few months later my rate increased. That's when I learned that my rate will continue to increase every 6 months. I posted a Google review and well over a month or 2 later I finally get a manager to contact me and guess what they did???? Nothing. I am still having issues and nothing will be done about it. Maintenance doesn't service the buildings. The AC has been out in the building for months even though I am paying for a climate controlled unit. I have had to throw things away due to the excessive heat. The worst experience but unfortunately, I am stuck. Don't start your journey here on the wrong foot. Find a place with better communication that will allow you to have 24/HR access to the belongings your pay for. read more

This Public storage is sooo clean! Most of all the Excellent staff by the name of Diana!!! Diana has helped me from the 1st phone call and every time I had to pay my bill. Even though she has a mask on, I can see her smiling! I had to make sure Diana got the great credit where it is due! The only thing I don't care for from PS is the prices. Worst customer service ever. Don't expect any leniency from this place they will cut you locks after a couple days of being late and will go to auction status. Even after you pay your fees and storage they force you to pay for a new lock and it has to be theirs. If you don't buy their lock they will deny you access to your property. The problem with these places is they are too big to fail. It's better to go somewhere and pay a few dollars more for people that will work with you and not try to poach your possessions. read more
