These people are running a very corrupt business. Do not waste your time and money here. They run shady as hell. I get multiple emails saying I owe money on my storage when I dont. I get several text messages threatening to auction my belongings even though I am current on my bill or even on the day payment is due. Also cut my lock the morning my bill was due and then charged me for cutting my lock. No warning no reminders no phone call nothing just lock cut. Massive inconvenience, especially since I can never get a hold of anyone on the phone at my location. read more

Horrible place. First several months my air conditioned unit had broken air conditioning they could barely get it to 87 degrees and extremely humid, this was 6/21, I had just put 18k in brand new furniture in it only 3 months old. Not looking forward to seeing condition when I move it out. Since 6/21 my rate has gone up over $100 a month. And be careful because you have to inventory and take pics of everything you put in one of PS units because if there's a flood or any damage to anything or theft and it's not inventoried and photographed you have no claim and even then it's a pain in the ass to deal with them. Would not suggest this location or the company over all. I've stored with them before at other locations and never seen price hikes like this every 6 months. Just horrible all around. read more

My daughter and I moved into Public Storage 3-4 years ago when they offered a great deal. I paid $44/mo and my daughter paid less than $100/mo for a larger unit. Both of our units were broken into. We had no insurance. The locks were not damaged because the intruder entered the units from the top, coming thru another unit! They never explained how that was possible nor how they didn't know who committed the offense since the unit they entered through was occupied. At the time we didn't have insurance. Fortunately our loss was minimal. But we moved to a different unit that was closer to the front office, though it was larger and cost $145. There have not been any more incidents since adding insurance. However, they have increased their rates to $212/mo, and starting next month it goes up to $271! Had I known they would increase the rates every year I would never have moved there. read more

Storage gates locked in vehicle over the weekend and then didn't answer the phone . Unacceptable. Cost the client a lot of money for u hale rental and movers . Seriously rent elsewhere they don't care . Even during working hours they don't answer the phones read more

My rate increased for no reason while the reduced access hours. Access is only during standard working hours. How does this make any sense?

Horrible. Nobody is ever there when you go, and I am pretty sure that storage is not a 10 x 10. You cannot go after 6 pm, and you cannot enter until 9 am or 9:30 am. The is the worse storage I have ever had. You can never talk to anyone about anything. Do not put your things in this storage. Go to another place seriously. read more

Worst property ever. Manager was no help at all. They also cut locks with is not mentioned in the contract so be aware even if you still have possession and pay all your fees due before time. I will be removing my stuff after two years with them and I will never be a loyal customer to any public storage again. I will leave a zero star if possible. This is one fradulent property management that does not ever sit in the office to attend to people and charges you fraudulently. I rented a storage for over 1.5 yrs and decided to move out on may 31st 2018. Notified them via phone I will be moving out and went to pick up my property that day. Went to the front office to notify them and no one was in the office. Went back next day same thing no one In office and no one answers calls. On June 4th I went and notified a young black male worker there and he said it was okay that I don't need to do an inspection with him that he will check it out later. Days after I get a bill for June with a late fee of $20 and also a bill for July which tells me that daily inspections are never done on this property. Called customer service and they have no idea if the locks have been removed. Was told their policy changed that they no longer charge for the days from 1st to 6th and that one hour Into the month you have to pay for the whole month. Asked for proof of notification sent to me either via email or letter and they cannot provide it because I never got any notification. This company is straight out fradulent and I will not let this go without having them sued of they don't fix their issues. I have advised them that I will proceed with a lawsuit against puBlic storage after I emailed their corporate office and CEO directly. Read google reviews and you will see it's a trend that they do this intentionally to allow the bill roll to the next month. AVOID THIS STORAGE YARD AT ALL COST. read more

Smooth transition from the old owners. Very clean, safe,and great location.t They have storage units of all sizes not to mention security gated access.
