CONS: First,they raise the rent at least twice a year; so don't expect to keep the low quote you get when you first sign-up. Second, they do not own up to their mistakes; I made a payment over the phone in which they did not actually process the payment. I got a letter in the mail stating that I am deliquent and that they added a late fee. I called and spoke with the manager to explain what happened and to have him waive the late fee. He refused to refund the fee even with it being their error.

We had to call police and fire departments for assistance. This created dangerous conditions and prevented access to our belongings. Discriminatory Treatment: I experienced what I believe was racial profiling and discrimination during my time as a customer. Despite having paid my bill in full, I was illegally locked out of my unit on two separate occasions. This occurred while I was preparing to move internationally, causing me to nearly miss my flight and preventing me from seeing a dying family member--one of the most painful experiences of my life. Poor Customer Service: When online payment systems weren't working, I was instructed to come in person to pay Staff was confrontational and accused me of saying things I never said When I respectfully corrected the misinformation, I was locked out of my paid unit in retaliation Despite documented attempts to reach managers David and Brian over the course of a year, I never received callbacks Staff claimed to have "hundreds of notes" on my case but never followed up Financial Practices: Rent increases occur with unusual frequency--every other month--which is excessive compared to industry standards. The facility is overpriced for the quality of service and treatment provided. Final Thoughts: This company prioritizes revenue over customer safety, dignity, and basic service standards. I strongly advise potential customers, particularly people of color, to seek alternative storage options. After these experiences, I will never trust another storage company with my belongings and would sooner invest in private storage solutions. I ended up renting the unit the same day so I could get the exact unit I wanted because the system didnt allow me to reserve that specific unit for some reason. Overall great place to rent a storage unit if youre looking for one! It's month to month so as long as you notify them 24 hours before the day of the charge they won't charge you the following months rent. Super easy.

This facility is not climate controlled, I have a thermostat in one of my units and it reads 82*. Most of the cameras have been removed. They no longer treat for pests and there is no maintenance. They have removed majority of the cameras around the facility. Each unit, no matter the size, cannot have over $5,000. total of worth in their unit. If u do it's not covered. We lost our conference room, coffee bar and the great employees that made Amazing Spaces a great place. The new owners are a bunch of suits who are only there to make money. I was told today that rent will go up every so many months. Read their contract it's all in the contract. I have a lot of units here and I'm looking for a new facility to move to. I had a lot of friends here and most have moved out. My rent has gone up $200. since July. This place is a rip off and don't do it you will regret it!!!!
