As we were packing we discovered the amount of items we needed to store were expanding. Judy realized they didn't have a 3rd unit and called several other local storage facilities in an attempt to help me locate one. When that didn't come to fruition, Judy emptied the unit they use to store their items for the facility and rented that to me as well. The place is clean and secure. Easily accessed. If I ever need storage again, I will call Greenway Mini Storage first. And I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.

The unit was climate controlled - not enough to store wine or chocolate during the summer, but enough that my bicycle tires stayed in good shape. They also automatically charged my credit card - something I'm always worried about being accurate. It helped so much to know I didn't have to remember a monthly payment. I have currently had several units there for my storing needs and find the location and the property spectacular. Sandy just does a great job. Anytime I show up it's a great by name and ask if I need anything. As far as the actual property goes it is clean and kept up very well constantly kept up and kept to standards for all who come in. I would honestly give this property a 6 star rating if I could but 5 is the most Yelp allows you to do. I scheduled a move with this company and was provided with an estimate of $343. However, after loading my belongings, the movers informed me that the total cost had increased to $671--nearly double the original estimate--without any clear or reasonable justification. The situation escalated when I questioned the unexpected price increase. The movers refused to unload my belongings unless I agreed to pay the higher amount. When I did not immediately agree, they proceeded to dump my items in a parking lot and left the premises. This left my personal property unattended and at risk of damage or theft. Additionally, there were several service failures: * The movers claimed I was being charged for 2.75 hours, despite the loading process taking only approximately 40 minutes. * They arrived unprepared and did not bring the necessary tools to disassemble my bed, meaning they failed to complete services that were part of the agreement. * After the incident, I attempted to contact the company multiple times but was unable to reach anyone for resolution. This experience was extremely distressing and unprofessional. I believe this conduct demonstrates deceptive pricing practices, poor service, and a disregard for customer property and safety.
