As we were packing we discovered the amount of items we needed to store were expanding. Judy realized they didn't have a 3rd unit and called several other local storage facilities in an attempt to help me locate one. When that didn't come to fruition, Judy emptied the unit they use to store their items for the facility and rented that to me as well. The place is clean and secure. Easily accessed. If I ever need storage again, I will call Greenway Mini Storage first. And I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.

They aren't open 24 hours a day, but their hours were never a problem. In fact, the only problem I had was remembering which unit was mine (again, they helped me with a smile). The unit was climate controlled - not enough to store wine or chocolate during the summer, but enough that my bicycle tires stayed in good shape. They also automatically charged my credit card - something I'm always worried about being accurate. It helped so much to know I didn't have to remember a monthly payment. The unit was clean, insect and rodent free, and convenient. If I need to store more things, I'd choose this establishment again. Thank you!

No email, phone call, or courteous text went out letting anyone know these units were being broken into. When I expressed my frustration the employer said "well I certainly wouldn't rent from here". I live in an apartment with limited space, hence to why I have the storage unit. The storage facility has most definitely gone down hill since I moved my thinks I'm back in 2022. However, with the rate increases I expect my things to be safe. They wouldn't even call the cops. They said I had to because it was my things. Yes, I would need to write that my things were stolen, however, the break ins happened on THEIR PROPERTY. I have dealt with the most disrespectful staff. I asked for my months refund back since I only stayed 10 days into the month and was denied. I have things I will never get back nor can I replace and they could care less. There are homeless living in the units, drug deals going on constantly, and no one does anything to stop it. I would never recommend this place to anyone
