We have a 10x15 storage at this site. This site is absolutely horrible. The app doesn't work half of the time, and you go to make a payment at the facility ON-TIME and there is nobody at the facility during business hours. After 8 attempts to pay, we get hit with a late fees. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS!! We get told to go to another facility and pay. WHy do we have to go to another when you are a business and they are supposed to be employees there working. How does this place operate with no employees? The fees for rental and late fees constantly go up. They do not remove late fees and tell you they are going to remove the late fees BUT will be applied to your next bill. It NEVER happens. They continually lie and don't care cause its all about your money they want to take. read more

I have used storage facilities over the years but this was an exceptional experience! I filled out the paperwork online yet I also made a couple of phone calls to make sure I understood the process. The online system was easy and Carla and Christina were outstanding in the customer service department. Pricing was also the most reasonable I found for the area. I spoke with Carla first and once she understood what I wanted, she directed me to Christina. Their assistance was outstanding! The facility is clean, easy to navigate, and feels secure. I certainly cannot recommend using this company. The facility is new and relatively clean. However they utilize the normal predatory tactics of most storage units by advertising first month free, yadda, yadda, yadda. Only to raise your prices over 30% after just a few months. As soon as my monthly price increased I moved my stuff out of my unit in Sept 2021. On October 1 they are asking for October rent or sending to collections? After I moved out before October?! GTFO! I cannot recommend this place and would warn you to look elsewhere. read more

Storage Unit wise, everything was as expected. Nice that they include the carts when you have an inside unit. Why 2 stars (which should really be 1), Be cautious because they will Nickle and Dime you on the front end, and take your money on the back. On the front end, we tried to take advantage of the $1 firs month move in. That quickly turned into a $50 move in once they added the lock which you had to buy from them and all their crazy service fees. I sucked it up at that point, because the folks at the front desk seemed nice and the unit was ready for me to use right away. On the back end, we tried to close out our unit on the 3rd day of the month and were told that because we were on AutoPay they could not refund us the remainder of the month so we had to use the rest of the month...although they would put us down as no longer renting (I assume to double dip on the unit). Apparently it is documented in the rental agreement that you need to inform them 15 days ahead of time so they can pro-rate the month if you move out before the 15th day of the month. I will take the blame for not fully reading it or understanding how this worked. From a customer service standpoint this is a terrible policy and needs to be called out to everyone considering using them. My recommendation - Go with a different company however should you decide to take you chances on Public Storage - do not use Auto-pay because they will have access to you money and you will not have much remediation should they decide to take it even for service cancelled. read more

I've never seen anything like this before. Rate increases quarterly?so what if you stored your belongings for an extended period of time. Say your out of the country. Would your rate eventually be 1000$. When does it stop. Or does it. You want to have business and keep customers you should treat them fairly. Poor business practices. I will take my business elsewhere. Who needs to worry about moving your belongings from one storage facility to another? Anyone who thinks they can safely and economically store at public storage. I've never had to use a storage unit before and was pretty nervous about the whole process. Ali and Mike were both very helpful and were willing to explain the process to me in detail. Mike took me on a tour of the Public Storage property and showed me the actual unit I would be renting. He also went out of his way to demonstrate how the lock worked so that I wouldn't have any problems. I was concerned about a possible bug problem, so Ali sprayed my entire unit before I put belongings inside. Both Ali and Mike helped me feel more at ease during a very stressful time in my life. I really appreciate the excellent customer service that I received from this business location and highly recommend Public Storage at Power Rd. to anyone looking for a storage unit.
