When I went to question it with Management he told me that I was not able to honor it because we had not paid the first and next month's rent up front. I explained to him the Customer Service Rep. had not informed us that we had to do that. She lied to management and us and said she had told us when we signed the contract which was a third lie. Management told me we had to pay the full amount and would not be able to get an adjustment no questions asked. We decided to vacate the storage today and gave them the required 10 day notice and was still charged the full amount for September storage. I handed Dana my card for payment and she threw it back at me after the transaction while management was standing there and nothing was said.
