There are elevators on site and carts to move your items in and out of the units with ease. I recommend purchasing a lock on site. It is easier with this lock than a normal padlock. There are four sizes of the rooms. The largest is a large 10x15. I find getting the largest unit was better and few dollars more for the unit value. The next is 10x10. They have two smaller units. When you select a unit, be to remember your access code. You are going to need it to where the units are and to ride the elevators. Be sure to return any cats you use, it's a good sign of proper use in a storage facility. The two top mangers Paula and Howard are super nice along with the rest of the staff. You have a three day grace period to pay your dues before a late charge is applied. To prevent late charges, they accept auto pay. The units are open 9:00am to 9:00 pm Monday -Sunday. The staff is on duty from 9am-6pm. Be sure to be out by 9:00 or you will get locked in. They also have boxes and pack stuff in the office.

There has been a known rodent problem since September that management has failed to properly address or communicate to tenants. Several of my belongings were damaged, and others exposed to mice excrement as pictured. The only response from management has been to place glue traps, which do nothing to resolve the larger issue. When I requested to move units because of the infestation, I was initially offered a new one at a higher rate, which I found shocking and poor customer service, and then moved to another unit on the same floor--only to find that one quickly infested as well. Despite acknowledging the rodent issue, management offered no meaningful assistance or compensation beyond insurance that didn't cover the extent of the damage. This experience was extremely disappointing. Avoid storing your items here, and if you are currently stored on the 3rd floor, I would strongly suggest checking your items for signs of rodents.

I chose this location because it's nearby, I have 24 access to it and Debbie (the property manager) helps facilitate my package deliveries to my unit when I am not available to accept them. Debbie also calls me when she needs to let me know something about my packages. I like the peace of mind that Debbie and the facility offers when it comes to my stuff being secure and accessible at any time.

Fast forward a bit, I was having some troubles with finding a new place and ended up spending thousands on airbnbs so I ended up paying my storage late on 5/24. I went into the store because I was paying cash and because I wanted to change my bill cycle to the 2nd of the month because it was set for the 28th, and obviously I wasn't going to be paying it in 4 days and I also was getting my keys on the 30th. So I hired movers for the day after that. We go up to cubesmart and it's saying I have a balance. What? I literally just changed my bill. She even said she would write a note of the account. Come to find out, she never did. So I call and tell them how I had to pay 300 to the movers for the time, just to have been locked out. The woman apologized and said she remembers me and that she would wave the late fees which was great because i wouldn't have been able to pay it until i got paid again at the end of the month. I pay it 6/18 and schedule movers for the 29th. Again, went and was locked out, another 300 down the drain. At this point I am feeling so defeated. Fast forward, i pay 232 on 7/30. I thought it was two months billing, nope, they threw a 110 auction fee at me. So at this point i have spent around 700 i wouldn't have had to spend or wasted 1000, had the first girl just done her job. The GM Angela, says because I dont know who it was and there's no way to confirm, there's nothing they can do... you dont have computer logins? Schedules? Cameras? Nothing to show who is doing what and where? Also, they called me every single day! I have severe anxiety and that alone is why I had to give other people money to pay my storage online and why I went to a different location to pay in person because these people have caused me extremely emotional distress which I let them know via email. Their response was they were just doing their job, and then to call me from different numbers until i answered. To which I obviously responded negatively to and hungup once they announced themselves. They must not know anything about how crippling anxiety can be and how I now miss work calls because I'm scared to answer for numbers I do not know in fear of it being them. When i spoke with Angela today, I asked her for the corporate number, she gave me the 1888 number and then I asked for her bosses name and she hungup on me. I called the 1888 they gave me the correct corp number. I called cubesmart back to again ask for her bosses name, after ignoring my call a dozen times with at least 3 people working, Terrel, I'm assuming, answered the phone as "city morgue" and claimed angela didn't work there. I have all 3 conversations recorded and I plan on seeing this through until they do the right thing. ***Edit to include that now I am mysteriously locked out of my online account even though my login info is saved in my samsung pass. I wonder who did that. Are you guys children? Seriously. I lost my damn fiance and i just want our shit back so I can try to make a place that he has never and will never be in, feel a little bit more familiar. This shit isn't right.
