They're a family-owned, local small business, and the owner, Jordon, is actually out there on the job, hustling every single day making sure everything is going smoothly. If you have a question, you just ask Jordon. He gives you his cell number and tells you to call or text him anytime if you have questions, comments, or concerns. Direct access to the owner, that kind of service is pretty rare these days. Window for crew to show up was 6:00am-12:00, at 11:50 the crew showed up and in less than an hour they were done and out of here. That's a crazy hourly rate. When I arrived home that afternoon I found broken roof tiles in my front yard along with a dead bird or at least what was left of it and the entry to my home had globs of mortar all over it. It was almost like the crew did not care about cleaning up just cared about getting to the next $700.00/hr job. I would not use this company again, I realize to some this made seem like a stretch but the focus here to me is not on quality and customer but more on $$$/hr made.
