I continue to come back to ProNails for my dip manicure every 3 weeks. They are always nice and professional, they always offer champagne, wine, or water to drink. I've only had one experience where my nails broke shortly after and when I came back in they fixed them free of charge. I wish I could get out of here in less time, but it usually takes a while (2hours). I always leave here happy and with pretty nails. If your looking for solar nails don't go here! I came to get 2 nails fixed, figured no big deal because the gentlemen that did my pedicure the last time did a great job! I have French solar nails that are buffed No polish. For starters the woman doing my nails put too much glue, there was residue under my nail when I was done. When applying the pink color the woman claimed they only had one shade of pink powder. I'm in the beauty industry and there are several shades of pink in solar powder....Most nails salons have light, medium and dark. Apparently they don't carry it! She barely drilled the nail which left it thicker and not as smooth. No cream was put on my nails as it is always done when u just buff. According to her there was cream on her drill buffer(that was old)!! Needles to say I will not return here for solar nails. read more

When a nail has chipped, they have offered to repair for no charge. When I have broken a nail, they squeeze me in and take care of it. Last night I stopped by at 6:45 not realizing they close at 7 and instead of letting me making an appointment for another day, they insisted to see me and take care of me- just like always. I brought my nieces with me to get pedi's while I got my nails powder-dipped. The woman was extremely rude to me. I was rushed to pick a color and she burned me several times with her drill. The day after my manicure two nails had already broken. I've never had this happen- especially with powder-dip. She drilled under my nails causing them to be brittle. She also filed them to make each nail a separate shape. I wouldn't go back if I was paid to. read more

Didn't give one star only because they have a good color selection. Too expensive for the quality of work. Got a pedicure and they took a piece of skin off my big toe and did not properly remove the callus. Definitely will not be returning! read more

So this is a place I have recommended to friends and have been very forthcoming about how I like it. (I have given this place 2 more customers one of which goes every few weeks). Lately there prices have been jacked up. Me and my 2 friends went in to get acrylics, mine were almond shaped and done well (my friends were shaped incorrectly and my other friends cracked within 10 mins of us leaving the shop). All of Mine cracked within 2 1/2 weeks, I went to get them off and the lady tried to charge 45 DOLLARS to get them off and replaced with clear gel. She ended up taking $10 off bc she knew I was a college student BUT THEN asked me out loud for a 10 DOLLAR TIP. I paid the 35 and walked out. NOT WORTH IT!!!!!! read more

Did not have matching OPI colors for shellac colors - extremely popular OPI colors that have been around for decades. Quality of mani for my friend was not good at all. The salons in this area are either overpriced, dirty, or the employees seem put out by being asked to to their job. Not at Pronails! The store was very clean with a great modern looking decor. They had classical guitar music playing which was very soothing. The employees were very friendly and were constantly asking if I was ok. I got the hot stone pedicure which was a bit more expensive, but was worth it.. The woman who did my toes did not hurry, massaged my legs for a long time, and I ended up with a great looking paint job. This is a very small salon and it was extremely busy on a Saturday evening. I walked in and was told it would be a 20 minute wait for a mani/pedi. The front desk was very nice and welcoming so I had a seat. The wait was exactly 20 minutes, and I was taken to a pedicure chair. I was never explained the different levels of costs and when I asked I had a hard time understanding, so I went with the basic, however I know now that "basic" is just that and did not even address my cracked heals. The technician was quite rough and cut my toes a few times, which I understand happens but shouldn't. I felt like everything was rushed and no care was given. I have been going there for about 3-1/2 years -- once a week for a regular manicure and the massages are incredibly wonderful -- makes you want to stay all day! :) Everyone that works there is good -- and they go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable! ProNails 5/27/2020. Called ahead of time to check their Covid policy and make an appointment. Was able to come in on the same day with my daughter for pedicures. Masks were required for everyone, which is fine. They also wore gloves. Customers are spaced out and limited. Upon entering everyone washed their hands or used hand sanitizer. The salon is always clean and orderly, today it was spotless. ProNails clearly understand the CDC guidelines and go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and safe. They give her a full pedicure and manicure and I pay full price for her to get one. This place treated her like a joke. She enjoys them, it's a fun thing she enjoys doing with me. This place spent no time with her, they wrote her off and I had to tell them how to do a pedicure. At one point they told me she was spoiled. Only received a pedicure but it was the deluxe lavender hot stone pedicure by Amy i highly recommend her. It was lovely felt nice on my feet and legs after all I am pregnant and it was great that Amy took her time, she was amazing I didn't feel rushed, the salon did not have a strong acrylic smell it was lovely! Today was probably my fourth visit here which I'm sorry I did because again the staff was so rude. I had another pedicure two weeks ago elsewhere and was just going for a touch up but she upgraded me to remove the callouses for $5 without telling me. If I had know that clearly I would have spent $5 more for the deluxe pedicure. I was just taking up Amy's space I guess for a measly $30 pedicure that turned into $35. I always come here for gel manicures and spa pedicures. I'm tall (5' 10") and the seats go all the way back where my legs can be straight. The chairs have really good massagers in them and that's a huge deciding factor in where I go to get pedicures. Tracy is the very best!! She is meticulous, kind, and does a fantastic job!!! I've also had Jaime do my nails and she's really good as well. Great place!!! TCBY and a facial place is next door.
