I paid over $200 for a regular manicure with dip powder and a pedicure, which I expected to last at least a couple of weeks. Instead, one of my nails chipped in less than a week, and it started snagging and pulling my hair every time I touched it--clearly not done properly. When I returned to have it fixed, the salon wasn't busy at all, yet the service I received was unhelpful and dismissive. I was asked what color I originally had, and when I said I couldn't remember the exact shade, I was pointed to a large wall of colors and told to find it myself. When I asked for help narrowing it down, the technician randomly pointed to a color that was clearly not mine. After barely trying to assist, she told me I needed to figure it out on my own. To make matters worse, another employee interrupted and made it seem like I needed to rush and pick a color quickly because they wanted to attend to someone else--even though the salon wasn't busy. The entire interaction felt rushed, unprofessional, and dismissive. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, especially considering how much I paid. I will not be returning and would not recommend this salon to others.

The guy who did my pedicure barely cut my cuticles and gave me a sloppy pedicure. The lady who did my 'hard gel' manicure gave me the most thin layer of gel that one of my nails broke a day later. Mind you, I haven't had a nail break in YEARS. I decided to come back a 2nd time. I asked for white on my toes. I had to ask for it to be redone 3 different times because the lady who painted it made it look like a blob of paint with two very obvious layers. It took 3 different employees to do a clean job and it is still not great. They kept telling me 'gel looks better' although I did not want or ask for gel, just regular paint. You should be able to paint white nails, that's your job. I had the lady put a fake nail on my broken nail, the way she filed it, it's now crooked and it points inward. The chairs don't massage/recline and there's no tub of water with jets. The lady finally came over and we chatted and she said "do you have any concerns or anything?" And I said "if you can make sure this one is cut straight. Everyone cuts it at an angle" and showed her which one. She patted my leg and said "that won't happen here. Straight across here" I said "well you asked so I'm just telling you. Everyone cuts it crooked". To top it off, they ask you how much you want to tip. Let me just type it in myself. I HATE having to say it outloud. I told her and it added on a convenience fee. Very inconvenient for me to have to pay a fee to tip. Definitely will not be back. Edit to add that I'm aware the "convenience fee" doesn't go to the tech, that's not my issue. My issue is an unexpected, added fee regardless of how large or small.
