I was a walk-in customer as my usual nail salon did not have any availability. I called and was advised they did not do appointments at the time and was advised to just walk-in. I arrived around an hour before closing. They were able to squeeze me in and I didn't have to wait too long. The customer service is great and they were all very friendly. I used this salon exclusively for 6 months. At first I loved it! Great nail shape, nails stayed super strong. The last 2 months sent me packing. I had nails break completely in half the day after having them done. I had to pay to repair these the first few times. I also started having pain when they did fills. I finally gave up after yet another fresh set started snapping off. I soaked them off and was horrified to discover that my nailbeds had been gouged into badly. I have been growing these huge gouges out for a month. I hate how my hands look, and I finally removed the last pedicure gel polish to discover I now also have fungus on one of my toenails. However when I got there at 5:40 I saw on the door they operating hours and the 7 had been scratched and and replaced with a 6.... I recently moved from Pacific Grove Ca area into the austin area... i saw a woman with gorgeous nails and she recommended US Nails. I got the gel mani and pedi with the level 2 upgrade. The price ( 72) was comparable to what i have paid for the same in jacksonville florida BUT the service was incredible... if anyone leaves here with a negative comment it is i only because they didnt tell the tech. If I could give no stars, I would. The technician that did my pedicure wasn't paying attention when taking off callous on my foot. She cut off a hunk of my foot 1/2" wide and 3/4" long, and about 3/16ths. of an inch deep. She had a hard time getting it to stop bleeding and I didn't look at it until I got home. It was very painful when it happened and it's still not fully healed after 5 weeks. It's still tender, and painful when I go hiking. I went back and they refused to take responsibility for it. They didn't even apologize. I would recommend that you not patronize this salon. read more

I have only been here a few times, but every time I come here the service they are amazing and I leave looking 1,000 times better then when I came in. They are very friendly. They right now have guards in front of each mani and pedi station. They had me wash my my hands when I got in their as well as, wear a mask. I needed a pedicure and a dip manicure and wanted to try a new place. The parking situation can be challenging with a popular Mexican restaurant next door, but I luckily found a spot. This shop is a family owned shop and they are super friendly. I got my nails and feet done. Nails I got S&S, which is like gel nails minus the UV rays. I paid $45 and $30 for my feet. I was really satisfied because they took their time and didn't rush through like other places. --- Jumping forward, I've gotten my nails done here 3 more times afterwards! I went here based off of the high rating. I opted for a powder dip which I've done at other places in the past. There was a ton of space between the dip and my cuticle, so I left looking like I needed get my nails done. They were SO thick. I ended up coming home and filing and then painting over them. They looked awful. I've had dips in the past and realize that they are generally thicker than shellac but these were horrible! I don't recommend them at all. read more

I don't usually get my nails done but was told I should get a few regular appointments in before the wedding to make sure they look nice on my wedding day. I'm not going to argue with that! I haven't gotten my nails done since I moved to the area so I checked Yelp for the best place to go. This place is smaller, but it's much more warm and welcoming than some of the larger places where you're one of 20 people there and the person doing your nails doesn't speak to you or even smile. My sister had a blast talking to them about her trip to Vietnam this summer and I think they were equally as excited to talk to her about it. They also did a great job on my nails and even fixed one for me after I messed it up getting into the car. This is easily my favorite nail place in Kyle!!!
