I asked for a tip on them and I asked for them short but she filed them literally completely off so I didn't even need to pay for the tip because it didn't add any length except to one pinky. I'm not a fan of how much they rush there services. They also do not sanitize there tools it looks like. ALSO, I got builder gel and they individually cured each finger nail and my hand literally got burned by how often she put my hand under.
