The "high-level" stylist only came by to tell them what to do occasionally, but she never touched my hair at all until it was ready to be blow dried at the end. So what the hell did I just pay extra for? I have decided not to return to the salon based on this experience that I had. I don't mind paying more for the high-level stylist if she is the one who is in fact doing the work on my hair, but delegating it out to two other intern like girls was really NOT appropriate. Ethically speaking, I think this is bad business to do this kind of stuff to customers. So I won't be back, and I will not recommend the salon to any of my friends or coworkers. This is just unacceptable.
