Made an appointment online, very clear pricing expectations were set. Everyone was so friendly when…read moreI came in, I was offered coffee or water, but wasn't sure where to wait for my stylist. I was assisted by Brendis who was amazing! She executed my request perfectly! She was mindful and delicate with a new ear piercing, made sure the cut matched my styling methods, maintained great conversation, and helped me find the perfect product for me AND my son who wasn't there! The location is perfect with ample parking in the back and a phenomenal lunch choice (Ma'Coco) right next door!

I called to book a balayage and was told my previous stylist was not available (she is a lower…read morelevel stylist with a lower cost on their scale of stylists). I was told I could book with a stylist who had availability, but she was more expensive since she was a top level stylist. I was in a pinch, so I booked the appointment willing to try out the highest level of stylist. When I arrived at my appointment, I was cared for by what seemed like intern stylists from the beginning all the way through the end of my hair appointment. The "high-level" stylist only came by to tell them what to do occasionally, but she never touched my hair at all until it was ready to be blow dried at the end. So what the hell did I just pay extra for? I have decided not to return to the salon based on this experience that I had. I don't mind paying more for the high-level stylist if she is the one who is in fact doing the work on my hair, but delegating it out to two other intern like girls was really NOT appropriate. Ethically speaking, I think this is bad business to do this kind of stuff to customers. So I won't be back, and I will not recommend the salon to any of my friends or coworkers. This is just unacceptable.
