When she went to pay, the total was suddenly different with several unexplained upcharges. No one told her during the appointment that there would be additional charges or an upcharge added. When she questioned the price, the manager was very snarky and dismissive. My daughter paid and left upset. When my fiancé later called to discuss the situation, the manager was argumentative and rude, saying things like, "Well, she looks like she gets her nails done, she should know," and "If she's old enough to get her nails done alone..." even though she wasn't alone and was there with her older cousin. The issue was never the final price itself -- it was the lack of communication and the way the situation was handled afterward. A simple explanation or apology would have gone a long way, but instead the conversation felt defensive and disrespectful.

He didn't trim my cuticles and I was in SO much pain when he was scrubbing my feet with the purple tool thing they use. They do better on the nails but still rush it like crazy. They turned out pretty decent but they charged me $65 for the nails. I asked for a tip on them and I asked for them short but she filed them literally completely off so I didn't even need to pay for the tip because it didn't add any length except to one pinky. I'm not a fan of how much they rush there services. They also do not sanitize there tools it looks like. ALSO, I got builder gel and they individually cured each finger nail and my hand literally got burned by how often she put my hand under.
