I asked for a tip on them and I asked for them short but she filed them literally completely off so I didn't even need to pay for the tip because it didn't add any length except to one pinky. When my fiancé later called to discuss the situation, the manager was argumentative and rude, saying things like, "Well, she looks like she gets her nails done, she should know," and "If she's old enough to get her nails done alone..." even though she wasn't alone and was there with her older cousin. The issue was never the final price itself -- it was the lack of communication and the way the situation was handled afterward. A simple explanation or apology would have gone a long way, but instead the conversation felt defensive and disrespectful.
