Update: took my bf for a pedicure today 5/7 despite spending $37 for a deluxe pedicure before tips, the service felt rushed and only took 20 mins with ZERO other customers in the premises. His feet were not properly soak, rushed scrub rushed calluses treatment rushed everything. His chair was not even being turned on for a massage. I was distracted since I had to do stuff in Walmart I wasn't really paying attention until he told me all that. I was seating next to him for the last 5 mins and wondering why it was so fast.. It does not worth saving 10 dollars compare to other proper nail salon. I was strongly recommending this place to him after my awesome first experience on full set, hence the pedicure treatment seems like completely the opposite result. I would go somewhere else for pedicure, they seem to lack what customer service is. Pedicure should never be just about cleaning your feet, it's about self care and relaxation too! No "drinks" being offered I mean yeah duh! Idk what my expectation was, but water was given so it was appreciated. Also my lady that did my nails were not there! Should've asked her name and only her next time! That being said I don't think I won't be back nor bring anyone here ever again! 4/17 Quick, affordable and friendly nail salon. I been going here for over 10 years. I had an amazing experience. Joe has done my nails mostly every time. If he isn't available the ladies took well care of me. After so many years, I have noticed clients/customers come in rudely demanding services right now even there are busy. If you disrespect them you de the same treatment in return. Beyond rude. Instead of just asking me to come back tomorrow since they are busy.....they whispered to each other while shooting me dirty looks. Not the way to conduct business. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience at this place.....I should have learned from the last time. But lesson learned Will never come back to this place again. I will not come here again. The manicurist was focused on seeing how fast she could finish certainly not on doing a good manicure. My nails and cuticles were left ragged and and I had to ask her to clean under the nail. A poor selection of nail polishes. And I was asked to pay before she was finished. read more

Do not get your eyebrows waxed here. They dip the same stick in the wax and they use the same wax for every person until they run out. My sister also got an allergic reaction or something with the wax that they used. read more

My sister and I came in to get a pedi. They told us to wait an hour. After they told me to take a seat to get started with my pedi. They turned on the water and didn't come back until 20 min later. They kept going from one client to the next back and forth. No sanitation whatsoever. I told the lady to file my nails and it seemed like she was in such a rush and looked like nothing was even filed. They don't even mind washing they're hands when they move from one client to the other every 5 min. read more

Never again! My daughter and I were running errands and decided to save time and get our nails done in Walmart (Buda) instead of going to the salon next door to Target in Kyle. It was cheaper, but you get what you pay for! My girl was new and took forever. I got gel nails with white tips and the white part is way too big. I told her that, but I don't think she understood. It took so long I just wanted to get out of there! I had to file several rough nails as soon as I got into the car, and my nails are breaking. That should NOT happen with gel nails. I was not impressed. Sanitary issues, she pulled the trimmers out of a drawer pulled off the plastic tip and trimmed cuticles. Dusted the trimmers off and place the cover back on and placed in the drawer. Guess the next client doesn't get sterlized trimmers. read more

Went for a pedicure with my mom last Friday (07/20). I had been there once before and loved it. This time was different, the employee doing my pedicure went over a small callous on the side of my big toe so hard and so fast that she scraped my skin off, and it wasn't a clean scrape, it was jagged because she was using the file that looks like a cheese grater. She tried to get it to stop bleeding by putting nail glue on it but it didn't stop. She did put a bandaid on it at the end of the pedicure but it really hurt and all I got was a "Sorry ma'am" and I still had to pay full price for the pedicure. Two days later and I'm still in pain and can't really wear closed toe shoes, only flip flops so I have to make sure I clean it, put neosporin and a bandaid on it at all times. I really liked this place but I am thoroughly disappointed in it. read more

My daughter, granddaughter and I arrived about 9:40 right after they opened. We were immediately taken care of. Very efficient and organized. Salon was clean. The employees were pleasant and took care of all 3 of this within 45 minutes. We were done by 10:50. I had Tammi and she did a wonderful job. read more

I will NEVER go back! The tech attempted to use DIRTY instruments on me. I asked to see the front of the package before she opened them and saw that they had NOT been run thru the sterilizer (hint...the colored arrows on the front part of the packaging changes from the pink & blue to brown to indicate proper sterilization has occurred). I tried to explain this to her and she had NO CLUE! After several attempts, she went to a gentleman and then put instruments in several packages into the autoclave (sterilizer). I will file a complaint for this is how I suspect I received a fungal infection many months ago...hence is why I wanted to make sure the instruments were clean! read more
