Always a roll of the dice here. Sometimes you win, sometimes you get this sort of result. Basic manicure - didn't even complete the paint to the edges on the second coat. It was quite obvious she wanted to be done as quickly as possible and didn't hide her annoyance. She wanted to charge additional for a hand massage that was lotion and 1 arm rub before asking me to wash up. They have some great techs at times, but today but today I didn't win. read more

Needed a pedicure badly, and this one of the only spots I could walk in to on a Friday evening. I should have known better simply by them not being busy. The guy who did my pedicure was absolutely horrible. Cut my toes with the file, and used the cuticle scraper and pumice too much on the outside of my toe. I also have cuts on the back of my heel. I highly recommend NOT going here. And, charged me $20 for callus remover . I AM thankful I did not get an infection after all the cuts. read more

2nd time I've made an appointment and made to wait at least 30 minutes to be seen both times (once on a weekday, this time on a Sunday). This time I was here for 2 hours for a simple manicure! My nail tech kept hitting and punching the male nail tech next to her every few minutes as the tech kept poking fun at her, like flirty high schoolers. I could tell this was bothering the person next to me too. I don't mind a nail tech who chats but every time she spoke to me or her coworkers, she would stop working on my hands which added to the time I was there. My nails were very thin and sensitive and she kept going over my cuticles with a buffer tool. I let her know my cuticles were in pain and feeling irritated but she was listening to music on her airpods & didn't seem to hear what I said. I left with blood on almost every finger and my cuticles RAW. On top of everything, my gel polish has already started chipping after a couple days when I hardly use my hands or any oils. I won't be coming back as the service and the results were terrible, even after this 2nd chance. I'd rather drive a bit further. read more

I was really looking forward to getting my nails done, but the experience was disappointing. After being seated, I waited far too long before anyone started on my nails. The water for my pedicure wasn't hot, and even after asking multiple times, it was never adjusted. To top it off, the nail technician was clearly sick--sniffling and coughing the entire time without a mask, which made me very uncomfortable. Hygiene and customer care should be a priority, and unfortunately, that didn't seem to be the case here. I had requested an acrylic set for my toes and nobody there knew how to do the service so they placed a younger girl to assist, but she botched my simple pedicure as well. I won't be returning and I will be sharing my experience on all of my social media platforms. read more

The interior is beautiful, the staff is friendly and their services are unbeatable. The entire staff is incredible, however I have to thank Mary & Lily for always taking care of me. I used to love this nail salon, recommending to all my friends, however, this past week I went to get my nails soaked off after consistently having sets for the past four months and the experience was terrible. It took TWO HOURS to get a soak off. I came in on a friday with no appointment, because usually when I call ahead they have availability and I never have needed an appointment before. I walked in and someone came up to me (who wasn't working on anyone) and told me it would be about 30 minutes. I told them I needed to run next door and would be back, expecting to be helped once I came back as I said I would return. I came back after 15 minutes and there were five people in front of me now... multiple people asked me what I was needing but just kept moving me from chair to chair. I waited 45 minutes before someone helped me, Not to mention two women walked in needing pedicures and someone who had just finished a manicure began working on them the second they walked in... The woman who finally helped me was working on another girls set at the same time... They could have done that from the second I walked in if that was gonna be the case. Since she was working on another set, she quickly cut my tips off not asking if I wanted to keep the length. She cut my nails down to the SKIN (ouch!) and then proceeded to put my hands in a bowl of acetone for THIRTY MINUTES. She finally came back and quickly filed my nails down, painfully and aggressive. My nails were quite long but by the end they looked like I bit them all off, and i also have scratches in my nails from how hard she went. She didn't brush any of the nail dust off my hands and then drenched my hands in oil while still covered in dust. I've gotten soak offs in the past here and it has never taken nearly an hour. It was ridiculous. Will not be coming back, which sucks because I used to come here every three weeks and paid good money. read more

Lush nail salon, I go to only when I have no other options so far. I know they take walk ins, I had a good first experience with Andy, so good that I tipped 40% ! and then after that I had a really bad shitty experience with my mom getting her first ever manicure and dealing with Emma that works there, Emma refused to allow my mom to get any regular nail polish with glitter unless we paid extra for gel nail polish, I could see the disappointment in my 75 year old moms face with this being her first manicure ever in her life. Emma didn't care, instead she laughed and ridiculed my mom and me. Then after my mom picked a color that didn't have any glitter, Emma still brought out the gel box color to apply. I could see Emma was just being evil for the sake of it and not wanting to grant the wishes of this elderly woman's first and probably only visit in her life to a nail salon. Emma I hope you enjoyed being evil, cruel and amused, karma I'm sure will revisit your actions. After that I vowed never to go back, then I really needed my nails done desperately before a big business meeting and I went back .. smh .. still a bad job was done, my old nails were removed, polish was badly applied, no manicure was actually done although we were charged for it, no cuticles were pushed up, no nail was cleaned, no cuticle was trimmed, no hand massage, truly shitty job by one of the male manicurist, it was so bad that even when he sat me down to dry my hands under the light, he didn't even turn on the fan! 15 mins later one of the other workers walks by and asks why the nail fan is not on! Lol One of my business partners and insurance girl was there with me and said, never again! We tossed the charge on the company business card, since this was a business/nail appointment (yes we would have spent a lot more money and brought more business to this establishment yet, they choose to treat the local business community like trash) and I vowed yet again, to never ever return to this being the worst nail shop ever. The nail tech was so wonderful; I didn't catch her name but she was pregnant (hope she gets acknowledged)! Very nice, my only reason I gave 4/5 stars was because the drilling on my nails was intense.
