Always a roll of the dice here. Sometimes you win, sometimes you get this sort of result. Basic manicure - didn't even complete the paint to the edges on the second coat. It was quite obvious she wanted to be done as quickly as possible and didn't hide her annoyance. She wanted to charge additional for a hand massage that was lotion and 1 arm rub before asking me to wash up. They have some great techs at times, but today but today I didn't win.

I used to go here as my primary nail salon, but recently I would make an appointment and they would rush me out to see someone they knew or seem like they didn't want to do my nails at all. I got my engagement nails done here and when I went back to get my next fill and one of the other techs said "did you get this done here...? Oh" cat eye quality is very dependent on tech.

Go see my girl Monica!! See did amazing on my nails and took care of me like a queen. She didn't rush to do her job! She was personable and passionate about doing a good job and explained the process. I got pedi and mani( dip and added tips). Best mani, ever-glazed donut!

If you go to this Nail place and get an infection in your feet like I did, don't even bother contacting Jerry,the manager because he won't pick up the phone I've been to the doctor twice the culture the dr said I got a fungal and bacterial infection. I've been to the dr twice since this occurred. I'm enclosing the picture of my toe, Plus the lady who did my pedicure did a lousy job

Needed a pedicure badly, and this one of the only spots I could walk in to on a Friday evening. I should have known better simply by them not being busy. The guy who did my pedicure was absolutely horrible. Cut my toes with the file, and used the cuticle scraper and pumice too much on the outside of my toe. I also have cuts on the back of my heel. I highly recommend NOT going here. And, charged me $20 for callus remover . I AM thankful I did not get an infection after all the cuts.

I've been going here for a while and haven't been let down yet! I still keep going to lush even tho I now live in manor because I love how well they do my nails!

I was really looking forward to getting my nails done, but the experience was disappointing. After being seated, I waited far too long before anyone started on my nails. The water for my pedicure wasn't hot, and even after asking multiple times, it was never adjusted. To top it off, the nail technician was clearly sick--sniffling and coughing the entire time without a mask, which made me very uncomfortable. Hygiene and customer care should be a priority, and unfortunately, that didn't seem to be the case here. I had requested an acrylic set for my toes and nobody there knew how to do the service so they placed a younger girl to assist, but she botched my simple pedicure as well. I won't be returning and I will be sharing my experience on all of my social media platforms.

I have been going to Lush Nails every two weeks for the past year and half and I am unsure as to why it took me THIS LONG to write a yelp review. Honestly, Lush Nails is an amazing salon! The interior is beautiful, the staff is friendly and their services are unbeatable. The entire staff is incredible, however I have to thank Mary & Lily for always taking care of me. Each and every time, they are consistent, respectful, and the sweetest people I have ever met. They both go above and beyond to ensure that my experience is not short of perfect. Plus, my nails always look beautiful and Lily gives the BEST PEDICURES! I cannot recommend Lush Nails enough. You won't be disappointed!

I absolutely love this nail salon. All the technicians are so nice and do a great job. My nails always come out like my inspo picture. There was one time the my toe got messed up because the gel didn't dry all the way and they let me come back and fixed it for free.

I went to try it out because it was recommended to me. I was pretty disappointed.. everything was rushed. The guy doing my pedicure cut almost every toe.. and the other guy doing my nails was short and rude. He seemed annoyed when he was told he needed to do my nails.. The gel polish they used on my toes is already chipping and it's been less than a week.. and the shape of my nails are not symmetrical. They offered to give a 10% discount and hoped I came back but still charged me full price and seemed annoyed I didn't sugar coat my answer when they asked how everything was. I will not be going back. read more

I been coming here for some years because my nail tech, Paul, had moved to this shop. Unfortunately, he left Lush to start his own shop and was not working for a few weeks. I saw Kevin twice, who would get up multiple times during our session to help others. Not only is this rude, but a 30-45 minute nail appt with him takes an hour+. Not to mention, I ALWAYS MADE AN APPOINTMENT but would end up waiting 30-1 hour before even starting. What's the point in an appointment? I don't want to be here for 3 hours. I spend about $120-150 on my nails and toes every two weeks.. This last time I decided to give someone else a chance while still waiting for Pauls shop to open.. what a mistake! This girl was so confident in her work.. but these are the worst nails I have ever had! They are all crooked, uneven, polish chipping, they just absolutely SUCK. Its embarrassing. In addition, she said I was booked for 2 hours and boy she sure did use the entire two hours. I have never sat in one seat for so long to be so disappointed!!!!! Ive had these nails for one week and have already made an appointment with Paul at his new shop for a fresh set. This was a waste of money and time. I am so glad I will no longer have to be a customer of Lush. read more

Called to ask for an appointment and they said just come on by, love that! Got there and they sat me right away and offered me a water, also love that! I did the cucumber pedicure and let me tell you, it was magical! So refreshing, and I really needed a pedicure, bad. I will absolutely be back. Honestly I think it depends what nail technician you get! My first time I had a great experience with one of the younger nail techs, she offered me a drink and was very nice! the second I believe I was with Marry, no drink offered, no "hello", and I think she has a fungal infection on her nails as they were yellow and I felt quite uncomfortable with her doing my nails once I noticed. I definitely think that should be addressed! also, I feel like I could have done a better job on the paint job- the second layer of polish doesn't quite cover the nail so you can see the two layers on my nails. I may come back for the convenience but I will probably ask for a different nail tech! read more

I'm so happy with my nails and how they treat me here, and the prices too. Anna was so kind to me. I wasn't sure about the color I chose, and she made sure I got a color that would make me happy. I think this was the best part of the visit. I was feeling hesitant and shy, and she helped me be decisive and get the color I like. The environment is pleasant and clean, and they serve drinks. I got a gel pedi. The one I chose was a basic pedi for about $30, plus $20 for gel. This is my 2nd time here. The 1st time was a positive experience too. They removed my gel polish, and it was so affordable. Again, best part of today was how kind and patient Anna is, and of course my nails look awesome. read more

Alright, here I am, a month later... I really wanted to love this shop due to its convenience. However, yesterday changed my mind completely. I came in for my usual, checked in, told a young lady what I needed and sat to wait... and wait.... And wait... I didn't have an appointment so I understood the wait. UNTIL a woman came in, also, without an appointment and was immediately seated in the pedicure station and serviced. I kept my cool and waited a bit more.. and then came a couple, who also did not have an appointment.. and you guessed it, they were also serviced before me. It was quite obvious that this was done purposely because as a professional establishment, how can you forget about a customer who is waiting in the waiting area. Service was great from the older lady took her time but didn't put the Correct color on my toes. Also pricing is a little off. You pay $35 for a deluxe pedi then apparently an additional $20 for gel polish. Seems as if I'm paying for the entire bottle of polish. I do understand gel is more but an entire $20 for that seems absurd. Most likely will not be back. I've gone to another places where is $35-40 gel included. read more

omg! I hate this place! told them what I needed and they gave me what they thought I wanted! I told them mani pedi and eyebrow threading they let me get the pedicure cause it was the most expensive and denied me for all other services. well if threading lady was there why didn't i go to her first oh cause that was the cheapest of what I had to pay!!! cause you knew what I wanted and when I would be in. I scheduled online. Hate it here don't go to them!!! They suck and so do the prices!!! Plenty of better places in Kyle with better service. Y'all suck and I won't send anyone to y'all!!! Hope you find another way to pay for your rental space ! Hate that I paid y'all for the crappy Rush service you gave me but never again y'all suck!!!!!s ion wanna give y'all a star but I have to. I've been coming to this nail salon for the last 3 months and I normally get Rachel (she's awesome!), I also notice that Anahí gets tons of requests and she's always booked up for nail extensions. This time was the first time I got a bad experience, I asked for a regular French tip, nothing complicated and it was going great until the woman that was doing my nails got to the white tips, it was uneven and looked terrible, I asked her to fix it at least 3 times. When I noticed she was done I got pieces of shellac sticking outside the edge of my nails and white nail polish all around. She didn't even tell me we were done and walked out so I waited and waited to see if she'll come back and nothing. When I saw her walk by, I asked her if we could fix the piece sticking out and erase the white nail polish and immediately she got an attitude, she looked at me and rolled her eyes. Then she started cutting my cuticle trying to get the nail polish out! I politely told her: normally when I get my nails done they just dip the brush in acetone and brush it off, no need to cut my cuticles even more if the mani was already done. She dropped my hand and called someone else, I explained the new person the same thing and they spoke something in a different language so I couldn't understand. I could feel the woman's attitude and lack of empathy towards a crappy job. Unsure if I'll come back, perhaps I will but this time I'll make sure I book Rachel in advance. read more

Do not I repeat DO NOT go here!!!! Went in for a full set of acrylic nails as I told the nail tech and he said "Ok". Asked for MiMi since I had heard some amazing things about her. MiMi only applied the acrylic powder onto my natural nail and did not apply the plastic nail. I don't know about these nail techs but when you go to a professional nail salon and ask for an acrylic set they apply the plastic nail, trim it down to your liking, then paint it. I was then laughed at by the other nail techs that were near by because apparently I "didn't know what I was talking about" as said by the man I originally spoke to upon arriving. He later gave me a 10% discount bringing my payment to $48. Also was not offered a drink that they are supposed to offer. Shortly after posting this review got a message from MeMe herself. i went because its close to my house but the lady who did my nails was nice but when she was filling down my nail she was a little aggressive but when she was buffing my nails she was so hard and aggressive she accidentally threw it across the room and she seemed as if was normal for her to do that and when she was painting them she got it on my skin and she ignored it read more

I went in for a pedi w/design, mani, and full wax at 1:30pm. Right off the bat, they didn't seem too interested bc I wasn't getting a full set. My pedicure took about an hour and a half (my feet were super neglected so I didn't mind this). My pedicure nail tech, Sam, didn't do designs so another guy came over and did it...it's terrible, not even symmetrical. After the pedicure, I kept waiting for them to come get me for my manicure, but they completely forgot about me. I asked someone at the front and the man that did my pedicure (Sam) came over to do my manicure. He was nice, but doesn't speak any English. After the manicure, it was 4:05. I went back to the front, nobody was at the receptionist desk. I sat in the waiting area for about 10 minutes--nobody mentioned the wax and, truthfully, nobody even asked me for payment. I had to ask someone if I could pay bc I had to leave. I'm giving this place 2 stars bc although Sam doesn't speak English, he was nice and didn't make me feel bad about my neglected feet. read more

First time visit. I went to get dipped nails and got Lisa. You don't want her, not gentle trying to rotate my fingers to remove and apply product and she beat me up with the sponge file at the end. She only put one coat of topcoat and my nails are still rough because she didn't shape or file them very well. I know this sounds a bit obnoxious, but I also wasn't offered any sort of beverage. It wasn't busy so there wasn't a reason for the rush job. read more

I tried Lush today because I had been pretty unhappy with the quality of my nails from another salon. I'm really impressed. They took their time and did an excellent job on my pedicure and my nails. They weren't over priced and the salon was very clean. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and they did not hurt me. I will be going there from now on. read more

Anaid is a master at her craft! I love coming to her every chance I get for something new and fun or classic and toned down. She does it all! She's so kind and I always leave thrilled with her work. I can't recommend her enough! Do yourself a favor and go to her so you can stop hunting for the nest nail tech. I love how clean this place always is. The drinks are always flowing and they have a pretty decent rewards program. Definitely 5 stars!! read more

I've been here before and had a male tech that was great-- this time really was bad. The nail tech walked off 1/2 way through and didn't explain why, she was gone for 10 min then comes back and rushed through my nails. Never told me to wash my hands after filing down my nails and didn't take the time to take the paint off the edges of my nails. Also didn't moisturize my nails-- worst $100 spent on nails! do not come here. I made an appointment for my girlfriend and I at 2:30pm...we were not seen until 3:10pm. My girlfriend's nail tech messed up on her powder so bad that he had to use gel on top of the powder to even out the color. My length is all uneven and a lot of my nails are way shorter than I asked for. they took way to long for the way our nails came out. My appointment was for 2:30 and I was not done until 4:45 when I have a wedding to get to at 6pm. ridiculous read more

Effie ALWAYS does an incredible job on my nails. I love giving her some general ideas (color and occasion-- "I need my nails done for Christmas. Something classy. I like red, gold, black, and white.") and watching her creativity come to life! Add to it that the shop is always clean and they offer complimentary beverages, and it's basically heaven. read more

So I absolutely despise leaving bad reviews and this is my go to nail place but today was not a great experience. I got a deluxe gel pedicure and although the lady who was doing my toes was nice she cut me until I bled in two separate places and now my toes are sore. Also I got the deluxe which is the upgraded pedicure and she didn't use the scraper on my foot (which I think is in the normal pedicure) or any of the stuff I typically get in a deluxe. I still tipped 20% but walking out paying $66 and having cuts and not getting what I paid for left me feeling unhappy. Booooooo and sad to write this :( read more

Loved every part. I would recommend setting a appointment because it can get pretty busy, especially on the weekends. Highly recommend Tuesdays! The staff were super nice and I only paid about 55 dollars. Best deal I've found around and definitely my new spot. read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The last two times I went here I had an appointment booked ahead of time. My wife and I showed up on time. We informed them that we had an appointment & what we were needing. After that we were told to hold on and sat down. While waiting not one but two people walked in after us without appointments. Were seen right away. We were told someone would help up but 20+ mins went by and we complained then left. Terrible customer service on there behalf. read more

I've been to every nail salon in Kyle and Lush blows them all away!! The place is gorgeous inside and they have a wide selection of colors. They even have the organic dipping option. Jerry and Mimi did our shellac and acrylic nails and did the most amazing job I've ever had. Both were perfectionists and our nails were perfect! The atmosphere was very calming and relaxing with beautiful music playing and calming sea life playing on their TVs. No sitting and watching the news on high volume over the hum of other customers. The salon also does not smell strongly of chemicals. They offer a wider range of services than the other salons in the area also, including massages! We got both manicures and pedicures and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them! This place is definitely by far the best I've ever been to and I will definitely be back!! read more

The staff at Lush nails truly wants to see their customers happy. I received a dip manicure that I was less than happy with, but I went back in and told them my frustrations, and they completely redid my manicure. Kevin fixed my nails up and he was so nice to talk with. Kim came over occasionally and was also good company. I will be coming back in the future for nail services, and the eyebrow threading is phenomenal too! I would disregard the negative comments as each nail tech is different, and sometimes they have "off" days. If you are not happy, express that to the nail technicians, and they are happy to help you. Lush Nails cares about their customers, and that can be hard to find elsewhere. I definitely recommend their services! read more

My sister and I went in on Christmas Eve and it was terrible. My sister didn't even get everything that she was suppose to with the pedicure she picked and The girl who did my pedicure dug so deep in my toe that I now have an infection. I told her it hurt but she just kept digging. I don't know if it was from dirty instruments or if she just dug so deep that bacteria got in there. I started going to this salon almost 3 years ago and luckily I met Emma and now she's the only person I go to for nails. she takes her time and actually cares about your input but she's also honest if you ask her opinion. a lot of nail techs rush because they don't really care but I've never had that problem here. emma makes sure youre happy and satisfied every step of the way. Anaid did my nails and GIRRRLLL let me tell you, she did amazing!! Not only is she fun and personable but she put in that work! From stepping foot into Lush Nails Spa I felt welcomed with the decorations and from the people! I had a great pedicure by Liz and Kevin shaped me acrylics so nice that I almost didn't want to put gel on it! Kim was the last one to help me out with finishing up my acrylics and helped me pick out my color. Price was a little high but the service was worth every penny. read more
