We gave them 7 opportunities over the course of an entire year to come out and fix the issue and each time their "fix" made the leaks worse. They gaslighted us consistently saying the roof wasn't the problem and had us chasing down other issues like tuckpointing, plumbing, sliding door replacements etc and nothing helped. The damage eventually got so bad that we needed a restoration company to come open up the ceiling in 3 rooms. We finally hired a second company to do another full replacement and haven't had a single issue since then. TAR refused to take any accountability or refund us any money. All told we are out over $40,000 thanks to TAR.

I don't do business with anyone going door to door, so I decided to do some research online for a reputable roofing company and fortunately found an incredible team to partner with for our home repairs. Pat came out to do the initial inspection and was great at explaining the damage on our roof and siding, and how to go about filing an insurnace claim. Once I put the claim in, Marko came out to meet our adjuster and they worked together to report all the damage and fixes we would need. Marko continued to work with our adjuster to get the insurnace squared away, which was really comforting since this was our first home insurance claim. Once the repair work started, he walked us through the process and sequencing of repairs (roof, siding, and gutters last). He scheduled all the repairs to be completed in less than a week because he didn't want us to be without gutters for long in case any rain came. I thought this was exceptional, since I have seen many houses on our block take months to complete their repairs, doing things out of sequence, and being without gutters for long periods of time.
