Thank you to you and your crew, they did a great job roofing my home. You and your crew were professional, courteous and had a general concern for my satisfaction that far exceeded my expectations. They were most helpful with any questions or concerns and made sure that we understood all the work that was being done. Even supplied pictures of before and after repairs were done on some wood that needed to be replaced before applying the new roof. After they completed the roof they cleaned everything up so good you wouldn't even know they were there. I will be referring ARC to anyone I know who is looking for their roof and siding to be done

The treehouse ended up being much higher than expected, and I quickly realized DIY was beyond my comfort level. Apek was incredibly responsive and willing to take on the unusual request. They did an excellent job and had it completed in just a few hours! They saved us countless weekends of work and, very likely, a trip to the hospital. We love supporting a locally owned business, and when it's time for our actual roof in a few years, Apek will absolutely be our first call. Highly recommend!

We were not aware the skylight was being replaced. The workers pulled out the old one & shoved in another which resulted in buckled drywall. Now I have to have someone come out to repair my skylight because Apek shoved a window in without even being inside to see if fit appropriately. It was getting late & I think they were in a hurry to get the job done as it had been postponed multiple times due to weather. Shoddy work & I would not use them again.

I wasn't going to write a review on this company but it's really bothersome! I mean the deception…read moreand lies is unbelievable! We resently had hail storms and they came and I entertained them because I don't have any idea what to look for as far as roof issues, so the guy insisted to go up to the roof and inspect and then he came down and showed me pictures, lots of them with red circles telling me those are the damages that hail causes he assured me that my insurance will cover and I have to contact my insurance for inspection which I did, I doubted anything he says since I don't hear anyone in my neighborhood complaining about damages infact none in my neighborhood had any issues, he also told me my neighbor down the road-(he gave me the address)also had damage that they are tending which I found out it is not true and I told this roofing guy that it is not true. So the insurance adjuster came along, the roofing company wants to be here as well so they can point out the issues, I was told that they don't have any doubts that this claim can be denied as I have more damages than the other customers they had that was approved. Adjuster denied all the claims and no hail damage noted. This roofing company still insisted hail damages are visible. So they wanted to come up again and inspect, that's already been inspected 3 times. He wanted to appeal and resubmit additional pictures to my insurance. Before he come up to check the roof I talked to this guy and told him about the denial of the claim and the reason why, when he came down he told me the adjuster is right, no visible damages on my roof????? I mean, where are the red circles they've been showing me earlier?? this is a straight up lies and deception!!! But I am so glad I don't have any damages on my roof but why lie to me straight in my eyes. Oh my God. Talking about trust here. 3 people from this roofing company lied to me and the sad part is their manager came here too and saying the same thing.

Chad kept us informed every step of the way, from what work was being done, to the estimates completion date. When he showed up for the estimate, he gave us some options, took some measurements and we had a written estimate before he left. From approving the estimate to the materials showing up was only two weeks! The crew (Andy and Jack) showed up every day ready to work and did so tirelessly until the end of each day. They asked great questions to make sure nothing got damaged or misplaced, and the finished product was better that we had hoped! All scrap was removed and our yard was left in great condition. After receiving a few quotes, a friend introduced us to JE Roofing. The quote was reasonable, the customer service fantastic and their references all checked out. The roof is completed and I am soooo happy we went with JE Roofing! The project was seamless. Their crew was amazing and my roof looks great. There were no surprises and everything went off without a hitch. JE's crew came up from Lansing to roof my Wisconsin house. Its about 90 minutes away so they stayed in the area until the project was fully completed. They worked hard and long and I actually missed them when they left. But I know that I will see them again because I have a leak in my Chicago roof and I wouldn't trust anyone else to fix it. It was 10k plus project, on a steep roof, with multiple peaks and the only thing that got damaged was a motion light. Not bad, I'm actually impressed! JE Roofing is one of the few contractors that I've hired over the years that actually fixed more than they eff'd up! LOL but true. I would not hesitate to work with them again or refer them. IMAGE TIP: Its hard not to write a review and not include an image tip since I am an image consultant, so... JE hit it right down the the shirts they wore. Watching them work in their orange company t-shirts added to their professionalism as a company and as a crew. But, of course, I didn't mind when they took them off and exposed a little muscle:) Hey, image consultant aside - I'm still a woman!

I was so worried, but their customer service was fantastic and it helped a lot to reduce my blood pressure :). I would definitely recommend them! Details: Claudia came to our rescue from nowhere. I was very skeptical in the beginning, but she was professional and knowledgeable, so I decided to give it a try. We signed a PA agreement and surprisingly everything went very fast. Proliance did all the work: negotiated with my Insurance to ensure I did not pay from my pocket too much, got permits, brought roofers and fixed gutters. All that was well coordinated and at every moment I knew what is going on. For example, Kim (from Customer Service) called me when quota from Insurance arrived to inform about the next steps; Faraz (from Production) called me to schedule roof and gutters repairs. Claudia was a charm - answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. They also gave me a gift card for my neighbor referral (after I asked about referral program). The whole process took less than 3 weeks without a headache and minimum involvement from my side + a gift card (as a bonus). What can be better?

Home owner of home i rent had me reach out to contractors to get estimates and after calling Proliance, first thing i did was state that the HOME owner has me calling around to get esitmates for rood damage. So after calling Proliance on our First initial visit we set up, that was cancelled due to guys car not starting in the morning, Than after receiving him on 2nd appointment he left without leaving me the estimate so that i can provide home owner with, but had me sign a keypad stating that it was only stating that he showed up and given permission to contact home owners insurance to discuss damages. While still waiting on estimate we come to find out that it wasnt covering entire siding of home so the home owner wanted to get an estimate for the entire siding and After 4 other missed appointments, and again home owner coming here and waiting for them and still not receiving an estimate the home owner moved on. I got 3 phone calls within a 2 week span from 3 managers of Proliance after all this mess trying to apologize and that there is a guy around the corner that can come now, but i told them the home owner moved on after they failed to show up on 4 missed appointments. Now the owner of Proliance after apologizing multiple times turns around and says "you signed a contract and well you owe us 10% and if you dont pay us I'm going to go after you and put this in collection". I told her i am not the owner or this home. and I never signed a contract, never looked at paper work, never saw estimates, i wasn't the owner and have no legal right to be making these decisions, she still said "i don't care, you signed a contract, you owe us". WOW, This is crazy for a company like this to be threatening people especially after they broke the contract by never showing up to any appointments and or providing anything to the homeowner than going after the renter. Just contacted a lawyer about this and he put me at ease and will be waiting to see what comes of this.
