Really appreciated how quickly were fit in to their schedule. Also, really appreciated the quality of work done and the that the price was very reasonable. Will definitely call them first when it comes time to do my roof or other exterior work.

I found JJ Construction through Yelp…read more I would highly recommend JJ Construction. They provided an honest quote. I actually went out and received 4 quotes. While JJ wasn't the lowest, they were the most comprehensive. For example, all of the other quotes quoted the shingles and work, but JJ Construction quoted shingles, tiles, gutters, and all hardware (new fans/vents/gutters). They are highly skilled. They did not rush the project (who wants a roofer who rushes?) and cleaned up every day. Communication was excellent. They installed Class 4 shingles, which lowered my home owners insurance by 20%. The work quality was top notch. I was highly impressed by JJ Construction and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Matt, for a great job.

I am very happy with the roof and gutters and am confident that if there are any sort of issues in the future that they will be helpful again. I asked for the leak to be stopped, but instead of addressing the actual source of the problem, the…read moresolution provided was to heavily apply caulk across my porch roof. Unfortunately, the roof is still leaking. The situation has actually become worse, as the water is now getting in behind the siding instead of just dripping from the roof. This not only fails to solve the problem but also risks causing further damage to my home's structure. I expect a proper repair that addresses the root cause of the leak--not just a cosmetic or temporary fix.

f I could give less than one star, I would…read more I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Keystone Exterior. Today, I went to the office in person to complete and resolve the remaining matters related to our agreement. At approximately 1:45 p.m., I was told that Mario, the public adjuster, was at lunch and would not return until 4:00 p.m. I decided to wait so that I could speak with him directly and bring this matter to a close. I waited until 4:00 p.m., but he never arrived. When I later called the office to ask when he would be available, I was then told that he was actually out of town and would not be available until Monday. I spent more than two hours waiting based on the information I was given. The conflicting information, lack of transparency, and poor communication were extremely frustrating and unprofessional. From my perspective, this felt like avoidance rather than an effort to communicate with me and resolve my concerns. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering Keystone Exterior for roofing or other exterior work to proceed with caution. My experience has been a slow process, ineffective communication, and a lack of transparency.
